We are a family owned and operated full service floral and gift boutique. We believe in old-fashioned personal service, attention to detail and a commitment to bringing you unique gifts and floral design. While our talented designers can cater to any aesthetic, we specialize in English Garden style arrangements. We think you'll find we're not your average florist shop. Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (512) 494-6198, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (512) 494-6198 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

Disappointed in what was delivered compared to what was advertised on the website. Choosing a $200.00 bouquet (plus tax, delivery and tip, totaled $263!), I didn’t think I would have to worry about the quality and wow-factor of the gift. However, when my recipient sent me a photo of what she got, my heart sank. NOTE: Also, being asked to leave a tip to do the very thing that you do is insulting and feels like bribery. I felt I needed to oblige so that my decorator would put a little extra effort into my creation. I will never do that again! I just wasted $20 for no reason. Just do the job that you get paid to do, and do it well!!

The bouquet was beautiful but I had specially asked for it to be filled with LIGHT pinks, other pinks & white. I know it’s available since it’s posted on the website. The one delivered was very dark, more on the red tone. Even the roses which I stated could be eliminated since they aren’t a favorite were not light pink. I’ve ordered in the past & never had a problem so I was disappointed when the person I sent it to sent me a picture.

Dear Magpie Bloom, first, Liz did an excellent job taking down the order, I felt confident that I chose the right florist. I had the impression (and they say first impressions are important) that my requests were heard that the birthday girl might go out all day so please deliver in the morning if possible and if she’s not home it’s okay to leave on door step. Liz said she will put my request down to get flowers delivered before 12noon, I said that’s perfect.
Delivery day came, flowers were not delivered before 12 noon as implied ( I was under the impression that it would), I called twice, and finally flowers were delivered about 3:15pm. During my calls with Liz, she spoke of pass issues with other clients, possible weather issues, and possible road hazards or car accidents; all of which were not applicable to my order; I didn’t call to discuss potential weather or road accidents, I wanted to know about when the flowers will be delivered. Though I do thank Liz for her quick call to delivery driver and quick communication back to me.

These people genuinely care about their customers! The communication throughout the process is superb! They deliver on time! The card enclosed with the arrangement is not simply a typed card with no personality, they take the time to hand write (with a beautiful script!) the card personalizing the gift of flowers even more. I am perhaps the pickiest person in Lakeway. I was not 100% satisfied with the way the flowers I ordered came out. After a phone call to some very helpful people who walked me through every single concern, and actually changing one flower to a different type because it shifted the focus of the arrangement, I was 100% satisfied. When I thanked them for their patience, she replied “you paid for premium, we want to make sure that you GET premium and are completely happy with it. The arrangement was beautiful, and the flower that was replaced was actually more expensive than what we changed it to. I just had a slightly different vision for how I wanted the entire thing to look.

I’m not particularly impressed by this flower arrangement to be honest. I ordered ‘vibrant’ designers choice...the picture representing this choice was much more ‘vibrant’ than the actual product ended up being. I also don’t think it’s very good value...I’ve gotten much bigger bunches for a more reasonable price. I feel like it’s that one massive white flower with a few extras thrown in for good luck. I would neither recommend or use this florist again.

I explained, that while it was low, it was very full and lush. I asked if you preferred a tall piece and told me you did not. It can be difficult to assess scale in a one-sided photo, but your arrangement contained several premium (large) hydrangea, hyacinth, pincushion protea, double tulips, many garden roses and sunflowers - the glorious sunflower in the photo was the size of a salad plate. After our conversation, I certainly didn't have any idea you remained concerned or otherwise unhappy. The arrangement met every criteria relative to size/scale and value we list for your consideration when ordering. We take every measure to make sure our customers love what is sent on their behalf. Your satisfaction is important to us. I was under the impression I had addressed your concerns to your satisfaction prior to delivery. As to your issue with our store being closed to "foot traffic" - we are working diligently during this time of Covid-19 to make sure our customers and staff are as safe as possible, just as the SouthStar Bank, Steiner Ranch branch lobby is closed. Second time I have used them. They are great! Before delivery, they send a picture of the actual arrangement. They send a text as the delivery goes out, and another once it is delivered (telling you who they were delivered to). My mother is the recipient, and has been a little (okay, very) critical of the arrangements that I have sent over the years (she has even sent some back). Magpie has become my go to florist when I want to send flowers to my mother or to my very dear friend to make her feel better just for a minute as she battles cancer and to wish her happy birthday.
The arrangements are beautiful and my favorite part is that I see the arrangement before it's delivered. And I love it when I am lucky enough to receive flowers from Magpie.

It's a beautiful arrangement, but I would have preferred if you had included the green hydrangea instead of white so that it followed more of a citrus color palette. I understand hydrangeas change color depending the acidity of the soil they are in, so maybe use some other green flower if hydrangea in green are not available.

I received a blurry photo of the arrangement from their website and the arrangement my friend received did not look like the one I ordered/in the photo they sent. My friend was happy, so I gave 4 starts, but I was not. So, buyer beware, especially if you go "deluxe" and don't feel you got what you paid for.

What a fantastic experience I had with Magpie Blossom Boutique! I always try to shop local, so I found them online from a different state and was impressed with the quality of their website. I was about to place my order, when I thought I should double check to make sure I could still do same day delivery. I even got a text message with a photo of the plant, chocolates and the card even has a red bow (as requested) that it had been delivered to my mother-in-law. Magpie Blossom Boutique were absolute jewels!! I placed my order for a beautiful arrangement to be delivered earlier this month and on the day i ordered the flowers i received a call from them stating they may not be able to deliver on the day I requested due to an ice storm coming so they prepared the order and delivered an amazing arrangement and delivered it the day I ordered it.
