I am very very pleased with my purchase. I decided to go big with the premium grand Victorian and I couldn’t be happier. My grandparents absolutely loved them. The original bouquet on our website is 11 light pink roses with 1 red rose in the center, with red alstromeria filler. The upgraded version ordered included more alstromeria and red spray roses. We agree after speaking with you that the upgrade would have been better with pink spray roses. I am emailing you a future credit. Does that warrant a 1 star review? Please see all of our 5 star reviews. We are just humans here, doing our best to provide a service to our community. Thank you for your feedback, as it will help us to put more thought in our upgraded arrangements in the future. Our designer sincerely believed she created what you expected. I've been using Magnolia's since we discovered them to do a private baby shower event, which they did a fantastic job with. I live in the Philly area while a lot of my family lives in the area adjacent to this shop. Now I use Magnolia's for all the birthdays and special days to send flowers to my Florida family, and they always do a spectacular job. I love the "designer's choice" offering, because it gives the designer a little freedom to be creative and play - and that's where the love is. I highly recommend this shop for their professionalism, warmth, good communication, and pure talent!

My only wish was that the flowers could have been delivered a little earlier in the day due to the fact that it was being sent to a teacher and it would have been nice to enjoy throughout the day. Another fact, it was Valentine's Day and of course it was busy so I understand delivery timing is tough. The flowers were top notch and the recipient was very happy to receive them. The staff at the flower shop are very friendly and considerate. Used the shop in the past and will use them again in the future.

The arrangement was not like the picture, which i assumed it would be, but it was still a beautiful arrangement and I was pleased with it. The orange and yellow roses were BEAUTIFUL along with all the different type of other flowers. I would definitely order from Magnolia Flowers again. The arrangement was as pictured, the delivery request was honored. The only thing I wish was done more timely was the confirmation of the delivery. Delivered before noon, person receiving flowers didn't know the flowers were delivered until I called to confirm and advised person to check front office. Receptionist should had advised person, I received a confirmation email at 5pm. All in all, myself and the the receiver were very happy with the flowers and service. Not the first time I shopped Magnolia's and it won't be the last.

The description of the dish garden with fresh cut flowers states "an assortment of plants with fresh flowers." We included the white roses, because they were a particularly beautiful variety. But, you are right, the picture is colorful, not just white. Thank you for calling our attention to that, and in the future we will follow the picture. Someone on Stuart moms recommended Magnolia’s Flower Shop and I’m so impressed with their work. I just wanted to say how amazing they are. This was the first time using Magnolia's and I found the website easy to browse, select and purchase. The arrangement was beautiful and met my expectation.
The only disappointment was I specifically placed a delivery request that the item be delivered prior to 5PM. The item was delivered later than requested thus ruining the surprise. Considering the proximity of florist and delivery location, the hefty delivery fee as well as the generous tip for delivery, this was a major disappointment.

This place is the best. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. I messed up and gave them the incorrect address for my daughter on Valentine's day. After we discovered my mistake, without being asked, the owner delivered an arrangement to my daughter at the correct address. Way above and beyond what anyone would expect. You can't go wrong doing business with the Magnolia Flower shop.

Googled “flower shops” in Stuart on a Friday and ordered roses for my wife to be delivered to her job on Valentine’s Day, the following Monday. I figured it may be too late because it was V day and figured the demand may cause them to be delivered late. However they were very prompt and at my wife’s job early that morning. Had never used them before but would definitely use them again. I very happy with the prompt service and she was happy with the quality of roses.

The delivery man placed an empty flower bowl in my grandfathers hands, pulled it away from him without saying a word, and then drove off without delivering any flowers. These flowers were supposed to be delivered on my Grandmother’s 80th birthday. I had to call the shop over 4 times for them to even give us a refund. Magnolia Flower Shop should have made this situation right and deliver her flowers the next day - but they didn’t. Extremely disappointed and would not recommend this florist

The pink posey arrangement you ordered is in a small posey vase, it is the smallest arrangement on our website, which is why it is one of the least expensive. In the description it says "A cute arrangement to brighten someone's day! One size only." We made the arrangement with the exact number and type of flowers pictured. I have been happy with the flowers but not with the timing of the delivery. I think you should warn people that nothing gets delivered until the day is over.
When I send flowers for a specific occasion, I would them delivered early in the morning so they can enjoy them throughout the day.
When I get a phone call at 3:00 in the afternoon asking me if there is anyone to receive the flowers at a nursing home, it concerns me.
By the time they were delivered, after 3:00, and the nursing home staff put them on a cart to be delivered to my mother, it was after 6:00 and Mother's Day was over.
It would seem for an occasion such as this, you could start your deliveries early in the morning.
I have been satisfied with the quality of the flowers. My Mother has always enjoyed them!

I ordered flowers for a friend who was turning 81 - I received an email that the flowers were delivered and then a second email requesting a review. The flowers were never delivered and this is one florist I will not be using again. I will be requesting a refund.

Overall very dissatisfied with Magnolia. Ordered arrangement to be delivered on Mother’s Day, Sunday 5/10/20. Flowers were not delivered. On Monday 5/11/20 I called several times, went to voicemail. I left two messages which were not returned. Flowers delivered Monday evening, 5/11/20. My mother reports that the flowers are beautiful, but due to the poor service I will not use Magnolia Florist again. Very disappointed.
