I ordered the Premium Sapphire Skies Bouquet. The flowers delivered did not look like the picture of the premium bouquet. The bouquet delivered was smaller in overall size and had fewer roses.

I can’t even rate 1 but it won’t take my review. I am very disappointed , 1st I ordered it for the 18th and delivered on a different day on the 19th , 2nd it was not even the flowers I picked. I paid $94 dollars , for a disappointment , when I called the person on the other end pretty much told me she is doing me a favor ,because the flowers are going to be delivered today, other wise I or the person I sent to should have been the one who will pick it up from the store. I will not come back.

We do go the extra mile and reach out to the recipients that we're attempting to deliver to, because we know we are dealing with fresh live flowers, they can not be left in the sun. When we're unable to reach the recipient, we bring the flowers back to the shop, rather than leave at the door in the heat. It is unfortunate that this protocol doesn't meet your expectations, it certainly meets the expectations of the majority. Most people would prefer their flowers fresh rather than wilted by the sun. We delivered the very next day to your recipient, whom was extremely happy with the design and freshness of the flowers; as a matter of fact, they told our Driver they were gorgeous. We do all we can to deliver as requested; life is imperfect, one would assume that through the experiences the globe has been through these past few years, you'd be more understanding. Perhaps we're just not the florist for you.

My order was nothing like the picture! So disappointed in the customer service and the work. I definitely don't recommend it! They were so rude over the phone. So unacceptable. Wish I could get my money back! Paid $150 w/ delivery for this?!? What a joke!

Our driver was incredibly detailed to ensure he arrived within 30 minutes of your call. The customers in your McDonald's Store actually followed our drive out to his car after he redelivered, just to let him know how inappropriate you were with him.
Mistakes happen in humanity, it is what you chose to do about them that matter most. We believe we did everything possible to make it right. So, as far as I'm concerned as the Owner, Please shop elsewhere in the future, because my Designers, and My Staff do not deserve your inappropriate choice of language, your unprofessionalism and lack of respect.

I saw no difference in the basic $39.95 vers the double cost of the $79.90 upgraded version. The flowers are pretty but not worth the cost. I won't upgrade again....

We can not fix what we do not know. Next time you make a mistake in life, hopefully no one posts a review about your mistake prior to allowing you the opportunity to know what is wrong.
There IS and SHOULD BE a difference in basic versus premium. If you would have notified us, we would have addressed it. I ordered the premium version of the Sapphire Skies bouquet for a funeral. It looked nothing like the full vase pictured on the website. The few flowers were spread out with huge gaps in an unattractive opaque black vase. I was very disappointed and embarrassed by this tiny arrangement especially since I paid $130 with tax and delivery fees for a short car ride away. I would not recommend this florist.

I live in Florida and sent my mother flower for her birthday she lives in Citrus Heights, California. The last couple years I have tried several local florist and have been disappointed in what I ordered and what was actually delivered to her. I went online and read some reviews looking for another florist this year and found good reviews and ratings on Madison Avenue Florist. I ordered the Sapphire Skies Bouquet and Chocolates to be delivered. Delivery was made and to my surprise I even received notification that they had been hand delivered. When my sister sent me a photo of my mom with the flowers and chocolate I was amazed at how beautiful the arrangement was and it exceeded my expectations! Madison Avenue Florist has just become my go to for any flower deliveries in the Sacramento area! Not only did they gain my business but they also gained my sisters business who lives in Sacramento as she simply loved the flowers.

The manager on the phone said he’ll change my bouquet to two different red flowers and some green ones but I ended up seeing so many other flowers mixed and I didn’t want that. I could've given a 5 star but the flower arrangement is not what i expected. I ordered a deluxe and made a request. It said on the buttom if u click the deluxe that they will be adding flowers, so i made a request if possible to add more roses and lillies ( i know that it may or may not get granted but it wont hurt to try) anyways, when the flowers came to my friend house, she took a picture. I noticed that they have put more green leaves rather than the flowers so the flowers didnt really pop up. It looks likes all green leaves arrangements rather than a flower arrangements. It didnt look like in the picture at all. It looks like they added more leaves than the flowers. And I feel like the price is not worth of what it came out. It looks likes they just put it all together and just put the flowers in the vase. I hope next time atleast make it similar on what its pictured. I would send a picture but this review doesnt have any photo options.

I have ordered flowers here multiple times and they have been beautiful every time. This time was not the same due to Valentine’s Day. I ordered the deluxe to make it sure it was perfect for my girlfriend and I was very disappointed when I saw them and felt bad giving them to her. The flowers looked good but my bouquet did not look anything like the picture. Even after a couple of days it looks empty and not full like the picture. I don’t expect this to happen again but I was very sad to have this happen.

I liked the arrangement in general but It didnt really look like the picture of what I ordered. The basket is white instead of the brown thats on the picture. I liked the look of the brown more because it was a spiraled handle so it threw me off a bit. Some of the flowers looked withered and colorless. I had a wonderful experience. I didn’t get to see the flowers I picked and sent out, but the service was excellent. I called after hours and the man that answered the phone was very helpful; he answered all my questions and reassured me that they will do their best and that the flowers would be delivered on time. I placed an order around 8pm and around 10:30 the next day, the flowers were delivered. Thanks!!!

My Mother's Day bouquet was beautiful and delivered as expected and on time. The only thing I would suggest is for delivery person to wear gloves and mask when making deliveries. My mother indicated the person who came and dropped off her flowers did not have on mask and gloves. During this time if COVID19, every precaution should be taken; especially when delivering to the elderly. Besides this, I was satisfied with the service.

We live in Canada and wanted to send flowers to our neice in California for her 30th birthday. We went on line and found flourists located in Fair Oaks. We reviewed the various assortments available and decided on this one, with the best package and Happy Birthday bear. The package was ordered late Sunday and delivered promptly on Monday as requested, and in fact the delivety person had to make a second trip as they were not home for the first attempt. I have bought bouquets before from Madison and felt the product was worth the price. This one was not up to expectation however. I went for the "Deluxe" to get a few more blooms. Unfortunately, the product did not have the amount of carnations I would have expected from a $60 bouquet. In fact, it was pretty sparse. Daisies and carnations are fairly cheap, so no big to add some to make the bouquet attractive. I will probably use another florist when send my Mother flowers the next time. Disappointed.

I'm usually very pleased with my arrangements but my Valentine's arrangement was lacking. My flowers were delivered looking very small and un blossomed. Even days after they still haven't opened to make the arrangement look full and beautiful. The photo shows a very full arrangement but mine isn't as shown. After leaving a review they called right away. Apologized for the flowers and gave me a beautiful replacement. The new arrangement was hand delivered the same day as I spoke to them and it was even more beautiful than the image. Absolutely amazing customer service and dedication to quality they deliver you. Satisfied with the arrangement and with Madison Ave Florist. But a $17.50 delivery fee is getting kind of ridiculous even if it is the market rate. In an age where you get free shipping on just about anything, anywhere if you spend $50; and you can drive most cars ~150 miles for that price, it just seems like a bait a switch. Hey, the flowers are $50 but it's almost half that much to delivery them. I would rather pay $60 for the flowers and see a realistic $8 delivery cost than to feel like I was being baited by lower product cost.

We had ordered flowers from one of the online retailers for a memorial service, but we cancelled after talking to them in the phone as we were concerned if the flowers would be delivered on time. Then unbeknownst to me I would have to put one the them together myself. We went with Madison florist who called me right back to ease my fears that the flowers would be delivered on time. They were beautiful and am happy to find a florist for life

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
advance.
