Hello! am a 3rd generation florist and I love what I do! I specialize in creating unique designs, custom orders, silks and plants are only just a few things I do. Call for a Free wedding consultations, delivery, or find out about fundraiser options, and as always great expirience great service! I believe in quality not quantity this is something that starts as soon as the flowers come in and I have proven the love and attention given to my flowers makes them last longer . Everyone should be able to afford flowers so I always have something for everyone! Pick up one of our famous $5 wrapped bouquets in shop, or The coffee spot,The mercantile, and That one store in Belfair. In Allyn you can find them at the Allyn marketplace and if you wa t so.ethat are a little bigger swing on over to Peace love and Doughnuts across the street.

I live in a different part of the state and wanted to send flowers for a family member’s birthday. Maddy’s website was clear and easy to use, prices were very reasonable. Delivery was reasonable and right on time and, most importantly, the bouquet was beautiful! A really nice combination of flowers & colors. Some foundational blooms like carnations, alstroemerias and gerberas but also some beautiful extra pops of color & texture like peonies, stock and a stunning Starflower (Scabiosa stellata). My family member was thrilled & so was I.

The flowers arrived were already wilted. Two days after and all the pedals are already falling off. Called them and they said they would be sending a replacement dozen on Tuesday. It’s Wednesday and no replacement.

I was unaware a negative review would be left after I was in immediate communication! I HATE having any customers not happy with their flower purchase and strive for excellence always! I explained the delay on the roses I wanted my normal quality to send to you and I fixed it as I said I would I apologized this happened this was a direct issue with the growers this is common on roses during a major holiday (valentines and mothers day) I know they left here in great shape as I would not send if I had any feeling they would not last I'm very sorry! wholesaler confirmed I was not the only shop who received this same product but that doesn't help ease the pain of knowing bad product was sent when bad reviews are left after you make it right. I hope you will give our company another chance the next time you are looking into purchasing flowers again.

Ordering was super easy on the site and I forgot to asked for confirmation of delivery so I emailed them and they provided me with the best customer service. I received a photo of the flowers and chocolate arrangement. Once, they were delivered, I also received confirmation for the hand delivery. This has been the best experience. Very disappointed in the arrangement. It was supposed to be a patriotic arrangement with red, white and blue flowers.. It was also very sparse and leggy. The colors in the one we received were yellow pink and red, no white or blue. We also paid for the best quality and left a tip. Total was over $140..

We are so sorry our arrangement did not meet your expectations and you chose to leave a poor review rather than call us and let us work things out. As stated in the emails i've sent (I've received no response) we confirmed with the actual photo the order was red white and blue in a taller container and upgraded, and though you did spend 142.00 you have tax delivery and the tip that needs to be backed out, our industry is not immune to the rising costs and though i've tried very hard not to i've had to raise my prices. Once again I'm sorry, customer satisfaction is something we pride ourselves on and I hope you give us another chance in the future.

This order was done online for a Celebration of Life at a local church in a city near Maddy's Flowers. They did an exceptional job preparing a beautiful arrangement and delivered it on time for the service. The flowers were stunning and the presentation perfect. There is always a concern doing business online, out-of-state with an unfamiliar vendor. In this case Maddy's far exceeded my expectations in every way.

The flowers are pretty, but I am a little disappointed that the arrangement wasn't "deluxe" as I hoped for the extra money spent. They seem ordinary. I do appreciate very much that your company made the very difficult delivery with the terrible snow conditions.

I'm sorry there was confusion on what the upgrade on a dozen roses is. As stated in the description the upgrade was for a nicer vase rather than our standard clear glass (instead of more roses), thank you for bringing this to our attention will address this on the website. Communication with the florist, including emailed receipt, notification that the flowers were delivered, along with an emailed pic of the actual flowers that were sent to my recipient. The vase that was delivered with the flowers was even prettier than the one in the pic! Will be using again in the future! I also like how you can choose 3 levels of amazing-ness. I chose the deluxe and was very happy! No problems. No hassles. These people know what they are doing.

Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
