As an As a pre-existing client, I am pretty disappointed. I ordered flowers for my sister’s birthday expecting same-day delivery. She did not receive them on her birthday, when I called the same day they did not answer my calls. They hung up. They sent me to voicemail, The third time I called.This has been by far. The worst service I have ever received. Not only did they deliver them the next day they delivered them after 3 PM at the wrong address and still won’t address this matter I’ve been calling and calling trying to get this sorted, giving them the benefit of the doubt and the time they need for them to call me back, but they won’t answer my calls. Definitely not worth the cost value.
I’d appreciate it if somebody were to contact me back I didn’t want to write this review without talking to anybody but at this point I am really frustrated as a customer. I do not recommend this shop.

They arrived on time and the delivery person had to leave the flowers at the front desk but then phoned to be sure that my daughter had received them. I would definitely recommend using M.NY Flowers. In my order I indicated deliver on May 11. Got message they'd be delivered May 12. Spoke to them on Sat night (11th), and they said flowers would be delivered Sunday morning. They weren't. At 6pm, I called them, still no flowers. They said they were delivered, but they weren't. I was promised they'd make another delivery, in about 15-30 minutes. By 8 no flowers. I left message to cancel, but flowers finally were left at apt door by 9. It was much too aggravating to be happy they were delivered. I expected something to compensate for my aggravation, but nothing.

My dad passed away last week and I turned to M’NY s as I always do for all occasions that call for flowers. Svetlana outdid herself, knows I’m a good customer and delivered a magnificent floral display that went far beyond my expectations. And she even offered her own personal condolences. This florist is professional, they care, they are proud of what they do because it shows and my gratitude to M’NY for giving me comfort in an hour of need.

The arrangement is absolutely beautiful, BUT the vendor insists on placing the arrangement in a round black cardboard canister with the vendor's name and logo emblazoned in gold on the frontal part of the arrangement so that it's impossible to turn or hide the logo. My company has used BloomNation dozens of times and I have never come across such an annoying and intrusive form of self promotion by a vendor. Why should we pay over $250 and be forced to display the company's name and logo on the front of the assortment? Worse yet, there's no way to remove the flowers or place them in another container, they're sealed tight in this black cardboard container.
Once it arrived we were forced to cut a square out of black cardboard to paste over the logo so that the intrusive commercial ugliness of it isn't that visible.
I hope other customers are aware of this before they order, because had we known this is how the arrangement is arranged we would NEVER had ordered it.

The only thing was that the candy I ordered was not attached to the flowers and there was no name, so the recipient didn't know where the candy came from since they also received other gifts at the same time. Feedback for the owner: taking a picture of the arrangement and txt or emailing it to the person that made the order would be a nice service to offer and many florists do this. It would take only a few seconds and fill your client with confidence and give them nice content to share which benefits your business! It was frustrating to have to call the florist to inquire if the order was out for delivery - the response was not very professional and I finally received an email some time after the call (I called late afternoon to check the order had been received and processed from an online order I made that day around 8:30am). As flowers/roses are often a surprise gift, strong communication of order and delivery status would be appreciated. A picture of arrangement once complete, a note to say it’s out for delivery and a note to confirm delivery should be easy to manage. Hope that helps future business!
