Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.

How often will I be billed?

You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.

How do I make changes to my subscription plan?

You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.

Can I pause my subscription plan?

Yes, you can! contact us at (702) 452-0179, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.

How do I cancel my subscription plan?

Dear Bumpy and family;



It’s 8p.m. here and Rickey went out to start our watering (must be done after 7 o’clock) and he found a beautiful basket of half wilted flowers out in the front yard! It was really spectacular before the heat got it. We revamped the basket with all the flowers we could salvage. I’m really mad about this. You spent time and money trying to do something special for my birthday and the florist’s delivery person didn’t have the decency to open the unlocked gate and carry them 15 feet to the door! There is no name of a florist on the basket or the card saying you gifted it to me so I can’t call and ream them out. I really believe you should get a refund for the brutal way they were handled in our 109 degree heat. I’m sorry I can’t call on your behalf.



I do thank you so very much for thinking of me and love you for doing so. We’ll enjoy the surviving flowers, they are very nice and I hope they last a few days. The delphiniums survived, the roses are burned but living, but all of the lilies have bit the dust. So sad, and so rude, and so very negligent.



I’m sorry to write this to you, but I feel like you’ve been wronged and this needs correction. Rickey does too.

I had ordered the DayDream Bouquet, for my wife on mother's day. But when the arrangement arrived it is a different arrangement and even smaller then what I had purchased. I had reached out to the florist, an yet have not heard anything in return on the matter. I have dealt with Bloom Nation for years now. An this is the first time ever that one of there representatives have done anything remotely like this. I was rather disappointed on this experience.

The arrangement that was delivered does not look anything like the item pictured. While the arrangement was in a basket, there were no butterflies, and it was less impressive display.

I did appreciate the timeliness of fulfilling and delivering the order within a few hours of making the purchase, but I was disappointed that the arrangement was different than what I ordered.

In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.

Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

We have been loyal customers of Bloom for years, primarily because of their commitment to providing photos before delivery. Unfortunately, our most recent experience did not meet that standard.

We reached out early in the day with a question about flower color (since blue was not listed as an option) and a request to exclude the default Father’s Day signage, as we had provided our own message. While we received a confirmation about the delivery address, our original inquiry was ignored, leaving us uncertain about whether our concerns were being addressed.

When we were finally notified of delivery, the only image provided was the generic website photo—not an actual picture of the arrangement. A later texted photo showed only part of the bouquet, and the arrangement itself appeared inconsistent with what was advertised—loosely assembled and not reflecting the usual quality we’ve come to expect from Bloom. After requesting an additional photo, we still couldn’t get a clear, full view of the final product.

This was a disappointing experience, especially for a sensitive occasion where presentation truly matters. Bloom has always been reliable in the past, but this time, the lack of communication and transparency left us feeling misled. We hope to see improvements in ensuring that arrangements accurately reflect what is advertised and that customer inquiries are properly addressed.

Floral arrangement was absolutely beautiful and I sincerely appreciated the phone call to ensure the location was correct. I’m in a different state from where the flowers were going and there was some confusion about the location. Unprofessional and Pricey

I had initially requested flowers to be delivered to my grandmother for her birthday, but unfortunately, the set I had chosen was out of stock. The florist informed me of this via text and assured me they would provide an alternative. After a brief conversation, they promised to update me on the substitute arrangement. However, after not receiving any follow-up, I reached out again and was informed that they would simply put something together.

As the day progressed and it neared 5pm, the flowers had still not been delivered. I contacted the florist once more for an update, only to be told that they needed more time to fulfill the order. Eventually, close to 6pm, the flowers arrived without any notification, and they were left outside in the scorching 103-degree heat as they had not rung the doorbell or knocked.

Upon expressing my concerns about the situation, I was met with a language barrier when speaking to the owner, who was unresponsive and somewhat impolite. I paid $65 for the flowers along with a $30 delivery fee, but the unprofessionalism and lack of communication left much to be desired. Multiple phone calls were necessary to ensure the order was completed on time, an inconvenience that I found unacceptable.

Do not order from this store!

Unfortunately, the delivery service we use also makes more deliveries and goes by zipcodes and unfortuanally they only knock 1 time! At the last min, I thought I was not getting my Mom a Mother's Day gift on time. With her in Las Vegas and me in Missouri, and only two days to get My Mom somethn; I went online and found MC GARDENS FLORIST & GIFTS

What was delivered did not resemble the photo. Being that I was a state away delivering flowers to my mom the photos presented on the website was all I had to go off of. The flowers delivered were a lot smaller, different vase, and didn’t include all the types of flowers shown. However, the delivery was timely and easy which was a plus! My mom was happy which is all that matters and still loved what she received however I was disappointed. Would order from them again but would call ahead of time to possibly be sent a realistic photo of what will be sent.

I ordered this arrangement a week prior to delivery. The delivery driver dropped the arrangement at the wrong house. It was for my wife, so unfortunately I had to ruin the surprise by asking her if she got them. After multiple calls to the florist and to the delivery driver(who argued that they delivered it to the right house), they finally returned to the house to find out they had dropped them off at a house down the street. The arrangement sat in the setting sun for over an hour wilting half of the bouquet then it was delivered to my wife. The florist promised to replace the bouquet the next day, but it never arrived. It’s unfortunate because the bouquets this florist does are beautiful, but the delivery is completely unreliable. I will be using a new flower shop in the future.

Website said the order I wanted was available for Same day pick up/delivery. Made order. Email said call and confirm pick up time. Called and was told they were unable to complete order until a week later. Asked to cancel. They did not know how to cancel my order. Went online no way to cancel. Sent email to cancel, no response. Did receive an email asking me to review my recent experience. This is it! Have yet to receive my money back! No call back. Nothing!

At first I was slightly disappointed when I got a call asking to substitute types of flowers. But the bouquet arrived the very next day EXACTLY as it looks in the picture. Worth the wait! Ruining the surprise for my wife was a slight disappointment but the arrangement was perfect.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Ordered flowers online. What was delivered wasn't even close to what I ordered. I called the florist and left a message to call me because there was an obvious error and I was upset. To date, no reply from florist. Will not ever be using them again and I don't suggest that anybody reading this review should either.

The bouquet I received Looked nothing like the photo that I ordered from. I was sending it to a friend for their birthday, a friend who has three cats, I intentionally I ordered a bouquet with no Lillys because they are toxic if ingested by cats you sent a bouquet with carnations some sort of yellow babies breath filler and lilies. I even paid extra for an upgraded bouquet and received something totally different I would like my money back.

I purchased for my niece to send her mother a Birthday surprise to work. They didn’t deliver on time so they were sent the flower arrangement to her home and they attempted to charge me an extra $10 to deliver at home after they charged $15 for not delivering at work. The flowers were basic and the photo showed more flowers than what my sister received and I went Delux, I was confused because I thought this meant it’s an upgrade from what I’m seeing. I was disappointed.

They were delivered on Sunday and the freshness was so bad that they were disposed of on Wednesday did not live or last very long for the price it was ridiculous would never order from them again. When you spend over $200 for an arrangement regardless of the time. Or when it is freshness is the key they wilted right away not very happy at all

I live in San Diego and my mom lives in Las Vegas so I was trying to send her something nice since we live so far away, she was super happy off course but when she send me the picture of the bouquet OMG it was nothing alike the picture not even the colors

I forgot to add that it was deliver to the wrong apt, my mom had to pick it up at the office

I was pleased with the delivery time but once I saw them i was disappointed i did not expect them to look exactly like the picture but something similar to it and that wasn't the case . Not only that but they looked dead by the next day ,they didn't even get the chance to completely bloom. I've bought flowers from grocery stores before and those last longer than these did. I order a lot personally and also my company from here and it’s the first time this happened to me!
Very disappointed since the flowers were for my grandma who was turning 91 and is in Nevada and I’m in LA, i wanted her to feel special since we are not closed.

Mother’s Day sort of snuck up on me this year. I couldn’t find ANY florist that would take my order the day before Mother’s Day and still deliver it that day. This was the only place, and they did not disappoint. My mom LOVED the flowers. Definitely recommend this company. Very easy and efficient order and delivery process.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.

Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.

To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.

Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
