You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.

You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.

I apologize that the photos of the arrangement weren't well taken, it happens many times when customers ask for photos of a "vase" arrangements and they look very different in photos than they actually are. Also speaking of flowers, they weren't "just bunched" in the vase, that is the style of the arrangement you have chosen, its a colorful combination which has asymmetrical style. As you know our arrangements always look exactly like the photos on our website, and we always include more flowers than shown on the website to make our arrangements even more beautiful. Thank You

Thank you for your recent order. I would like to let you know that our flowers are not ordinary and the flowers we have sent were worth more than $100. The arrangement included tropical flowers, high end flowers which are not considered ordinary at all and we made a pretty tall arrangement which so to was perfect for a grand opening. As far as you said that you have mentioned that you specifically wrote that you needed a centerpiece, you only wrote that it's a designer's choice and you need a "free standing center piece flowers". I am sorry but event centerpieces are very different and we do not give a free centerpiece stands, those are special stands that we we take to the event and then bring the stand back. If you needed something special you could have called the shop and have let us know that you needed an event centerpiece otherwise we do not give free centerpiece stands, however your flowers were well worth the price, tall and huge. We always do our best to satisfy our customers needs!

All of our arrangements specifically indicate all the flowers that will be included, and under the description it mentions that your arrangement includes roses, carnations, lilies and other seasonal blooms. We always include all the flowers that are indicated in the description. If you specifically didn't want carnations, you could have included that under special instructions. We have sent a beautiful, large vase with fresh seasonal blooms that included roses, lilies, snapdragons and carnations as mentioned and pictured on our website. I am sorry if this created confusion for you.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
