Lucille's Floral Designs is Uxbridge's first mutigenerational family owned floristry business providing quality products and services for every occasion established in 1986. We provide floral arrangements to suit every style and budget for home or business. Our expert staff with combined floral design experience exceeding 80 years, can assist you in making the perfect choice and we welcome requests for special and unique designs.
Our underlying foundation is quality and value. From the most intimate gathering to the grandest affair, your special event receives our utmost attention. Our trademarks consists of our quality flower arrangements, creative designs, and professional service. We will go that extra mile to meet our customer's every need.

Substitution Policy
In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Delivery Policy
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.

I was MORE than pleased by Lucille’s. I was SO touched by their thoughtfulness. I ordered a bouquet for Mother’s Day. I live on the other side of country. I noted the website said they could not do deliveries on Mother’s day itself (Sunday) but would deliver the day before, which was understandable. My mother was out of town until Mother’s Day though, so online I asked if they could deliver as late as possible the day before, so the flowers didn’t sit out on the front porch all day and night. But after placing my order, I received a call from Lucille’s asking me if they could do us a favor (!) and deliver on Mother’s Day instead so the flowers wouldn’t sit out overnight. Imagine going above and beyond like that in this day and age. I was so touched! I had ordered “florist’s choice” so I didn’t know exactly what the bouquet would look like, but when my mother sent me pics it was simply stunning. A gorgeous variety of such beautiful flowers arranged so carefully. Thank you Lucille’s! I recommend this business wholeheartedly. Their services feel personal and caring. A real gem.
