Love's Flower Shop
We are a local florist in downtown West Palm Beach and have been here for 40 years. It is our mission to spread love and make our community a more beautiful place with exquisite floral designs. We work with nature rather than against it by carrying high end quality flowers that are in season. Our designs are modern, European, tropical and garden style. We service homes, offices, yachts, hospitals, hotels and restaurants on a weekly basils. Quality and customer service comes naturally to us because we love what we do, why we do it, and who we do it for.

Tammy Pietranton
The owner, Tammy, loves flowers. She has been a designer since the early 80's and has traveled the country finding innovative techniques and remaining current in the evolution of floral design. To this day she is still inspired by the beauty of flowers. Her exceptional designs showcase her love for what she does. Sandra, is our specialist in spring designs, compact arrangements, and she absolutely loves making wrap bouquets for our GreenMarket customers.

Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (561) 659-0772, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (561) 659-0772 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

The flowers are pretty but I didn’t order the lotion, it must if been accidentally tagged when completing the order, I did it on my phone and possibly touched something…the check-out process is full of additional selling. Next time I’ll call the vendor or use a site with less selling.

Picture for heaven scent shows star gazer lilies. That’s why I specifically selected this vase. What arrived was some other lily. When I called I was told oh yeah, we’re out of those. So the website should say out of stock or something no? The person who I spoke to fumbled around with her response like it should just be ok to replace them with whatever you have left? I was disappointed because I spent over $150 and it wasn’t what I ordered. I have the love of my life who lives 3 blocks away from your shop. This is the 3rd bouquet I’ve sent her since February. We’ve purchased flowers from the Eagles fan at your stand at the farmers market. I’m not going to stop sending my sweetheart flowers because they lift her spirits. I planned to be a repeat customer but not if I don’t get good service and product. A refund or a 1/2 off discount on my next purchase would have been a great gesture. Maybe you don’t need repeat customers tho

Calling the shop, I was greeted with resistance from the associate who answered the phone, inferring the issue was mine, not the shop's. It is always a risk ordering flowers from a shop that you haven’t done business with before, can’t physically go into the shop and then hope that what arrives looks even vaguely like what you ordered. Love flowers knocked it out of the park! The arrangement was just as pictured (even larger perhaps?), arrived when it was supposed to without any problems being delivered to a gated community and my friend who had just had surgery was so impressed and thankful - even her husband noticed how lovely they were! I think I have found my new south Florida florist!

The all tulip bouquet pictured were 20 stems in a vase. No greens no filler as these are a stand alone flower as pictured. Tulips do grow and change shape over time and they are not a long lasting flower. You received them 5 days ago which means they are at their end. Most flowers last 7 days, bulb flowers (tulips) possibly 5 days. The arrangement was $138 plus taxes delivery, then you added a tip on it. We would have had no problem picking it up and refunding you if you would have called in a day or two. We stand behind our products. I am refunding the tip amount.

They accidentally delivered her birthday flowers a week early (Valentines Day) and resent a beautiful arrangement on the correct day with no argument whatsoever. I am sad that I can only give Love' Flower Shop five stars. They should have every star in the sky for what they were able to do for me and my family. My mother-in-law was turning 100 years old and my husband had planned a dinner which involved 120 friends and family. Two days before the occasion, the caterer told my husband that table decorations were not included in the event. This led to destiny leading us to the door step of Love's Flower Shop. This is a shop that does not do last minute small occasions. However, the staff saw the predicament we were in and made fifteen LOVELY arrangements that absolutely made the party. This was something that this shop did because they saw a human situation, not a lucrative situation. I will be forever grateful for their kindness, professionalism, and compassion.

Delivery person was great. He went the extra mile to ensure the delivery was made. However, the floral arrangement was smaller than pictured on the website. I felt the cost did not match the product. In the future, I will ask questions about the size of the arrangements by calling the florist directly. It could be helpful to give dimensions on the website so the customer has realistic expectations of the size.

I called to ask for an ETA on my delivery and the lady sounded so annoyed and said “did you order something ?!” Well, obviously I did. She continues to say “I don’t know a time but your order is still in my store and my drivers are busy right now, I don’t know what to tell you” so I asked if my order would be delivered for the day it’s scheduled and she said “I don’t know!!! Idk what you want me to say ?!? Just wait !” She was the rudest person I ever talked to. All I wanted to know was a possible ETA, and she chewed my head off for no reason. I purchased the Simply Elegant for a coworker who's father suddenly passed. For over 20 years, I have purchased from either Belden's when I'm in need of a delivery on the east side of the County or Wellington Florist when I am ordering a delivery for the west side of the County. Neither one could do a same day delivery and guarantee within a 4 hour window (my co-worker was only working half a day). I took a shot with Love's because they could deliver within the four hour timeframe. Not only did it arrive on time but the arrangement was absolutely stunning!! It was of the caliber of the other mentioned floral shops. The flowers were extremely fresh and the blooms were very, very large and showy. I am extremely pleased my purchase.

I am TERRIBLY disappointed and not satisfied this with order. My sister in law sent me a photo of this arrangement and it did not match the photo. Clearly was missing several flowers that were in the photo on the website. I am so embarrassed as this was her for her birthday. I called Love's and filed a complaint there too. This is ridiculous! I spent $150 and literally see 2 roses 1 hydrogen and purple carnation looking flowers. Not one Gerber daisy as displayed. I want a refund or a redo of this arrangement!! Pathetic! Can I send you the picture of the actual arrangement? We have used Bloomnation for several years and never had this happen.

It was green and white so petite something that u would find in publix for twelve dollars. They did call me to explain them selves.

I’ve used Love’s three times to send flowers to my mom. The flowers always look great and last a while. I’ve never had any issues except this last time. The delivery driver called and was literally yelling at me because she said the phone number I provided was disconnected, which it’s not. Then she argued that it wasn’t a land line, it is connected to the house but it’s apparently a satellite phone. Anyhow, I was in the car so the call went to my car speaker. My passenger, who is also my co owner of our business was shocked at her lack of customer service and the fact the driver was practically yelling to a customer. I understand it was the day before valentines and I’m sure Loves was slammed with business. If the load was too much perhaps not take any more orders. I would be concerned with an employee driving my vehicle that was that stressed out. Perhaps your driver needed to stop, take a breath and smell the roses. Also, dialing a 1 before calling someone with a different area code might help.

I decided to let the floral designer decide the arrangement based on the photos I saw on their website and I couldn't have made a better choice!! They did an exceptional job with filling my special requests for the flowers (bright, big, beautiful and smells great) My sister lived the hand delivery at her office and it was a great thank you surprise for her. The company was very professional and responded timely for my request to deliver same day and as close to the time I requested. The blooms were beautiful as they had to substitute some of the flowers that were not in stock.
