Designing for over 17 years now, I now design in my home with seasonally updated fresh flowers and greenery. This allows me to stay creative and focus on quality rather than quantity. Other than designing fresh bouquets, I also design dried flower frame and art and custom artificial flower arrangements. I'm a green thumb and it's amazing what colors and texture nature has to offer us. We've grown this business as a family together and we're so proud to serve our local neighborhoods. We hope to share the joy with all our wonderful customers, recipients and senders.

I live several hours away, so I loved that delivery was local to the hospital and prompt. I think it's a great idea to have a hospital bouquet option at a lower price point than some of the other arrangements. I did note in the special instructions bright and cheerful, specifically likes pinks and purples. They definitely delivered on the color scheme and the arrangement was beautiful, but I don't think it matched the style of the example pictures whatsoever.

Ordering was very easy and the fast delivery options are wonderful. And I like the picture confirmation upon delivery. However, I was disappointed that the delivered bouquet did not have the same flowers or height of the advertised "Peonies and Pink in a Box." There was supposed to be 4 pink tulips (which gives it height as well as more pink color) and Eucalyptus stems which were both omitted. Instead, substitutes were used. Unfortunately, many of those substitutes were just green buds (heads that haven't even opened) and a yellow flower. It should have been all pink.

What was received was nothing like what was pictured. The bouquet was a much smaller than what I was expecting for a $100+ price tag. The quality was extremely lacking as within one day the flowers were browning and wilting. I was very dissatisfied.

So they sat for several hours until her neighbor discovered them. I’m sure the flowers would have been even prettier if they were more fresh.

The flowers were stunning, however, they were delivered to the wrong address initially. The picture sent was of a small piece of siding, cement, and the flowers,- very difficult to decider location. This forced me to ruin the surprise and let my recipient know a delivery had been made because I was not sure this was the correct address. Indeed it was not. I notified the driver via text, as that is how they notified me of delivery, however, I received no response back. I called and the driver informed me he’d made a mistake, was turning around and would be delivering the flowers to the appropriate address. Upon delivery of flowers to appropriate address, my recipient still did not receive a knock for notification of delivery, requiring me to let her know that something had been delivered. I had hoped to surprise her with beautiful flowers without letting her know something was coming first. It would be most appreciated for a knock to occur in addition to the text message notification, since notification may not be going to recipients. Had I not been able to notify her or deal with this at the moment of delivery, the flowers would have been received by someone else and likely would have been wilted due to the heat. People are paying premium prices for flowers AND the satisfaction of knowing delivery has been made to the appropriate address. Please consider taking a picture of the whole front door or a larger view than a zoomed picture of flowers, and notify recipients of delivery the good old fashion way, by a pleasant knock at the door!

I ordered from here and thought it was an actual flower shop, and had no idea it was just inside of H Mart. I ordered online and I bought flowers and they cost me $100. For $100 I did not get my moneys worth. I understand it won't look exactly like the photo online but I'm extremely disappointed. I spent $100 for flowers when Publix sells the same thing for $30. I wouldn't recommend anyone to order from here, especially online since I feel like I got scammed and robbed of $100. If you really want to I'd recommend to go in person so you can really see what they are doing to your flowers. I'm really upset with my experience here. I had to go to Publix and buy extra flowers and add it inside of what I got from here since it was literally just plants and a few roses. I will never come back

Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
