All day long I do third party order with a pictured item or paint by number painting as I call it at times. It can get boring and I'm not able to spark my imagination and showcase my beautiful flowers I have in my cooler. I appreciate your trust in letting us create and make magic.

Thank you for your review. There are many times we do not have the exact flower that's in the picture. We have to create with the substitutions we have in stock. Even though it didn't look like the picture you have to really ask yourself how did it make the person you sent it to feel, to me that's the most important.

We are not perfect. Perhaps you might consider that we may have not had that particular flower in stock. If I had a large cooler to stock all the flowers that the wholesaler carried I may of come close. Understand that nature is not perfect and a picture is just an idea to go by.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
