This is my second order with Louis Barry Florist and they do not disappoint. The blooms are fresh and full. I highly recommend them when you are looking to send a special bouquet to someone.

Louis Barry is an excellent florist my company uses them for many of our events including our Holiday Lunch.
The recipient of these flowers has contacted me twice to say how much she likes them. They were delivered last Thursday. This evening (Tuesday) she texted me to say that they were still beautiful and very fresh.
Ordering online and especially Flowers or Plants can be expensive and comes with a risk of the quality of the item. My daughter loved the plant. The Peace Lily was a good size and looks very healthy. It was delivered that same afternoon and the Ladies that delivered it were very friendly. This is my first experience with this Shop but with that, it was a good one and I would use them and recommend you try them.
It was difficult trying to choose a florist in a country I have never visited and with no one to recommend one but having found
Louis Barry on their website I found the process of ordering easy. I had chosen the arrangement because it was predominantly orange in the picture and that is my daughter’s favourite colour. However, on the day the Flowers selected were yellow. No matter, my daughter’s response was ‘magnificent’ and to have them delivered in time for her birthday on 4th July at such a busy time for you was brilliant. Even though I was limited on information, you found a way to contact her and your emails to me were reassuring.

The arrangement I ordered turned out beautifully. Some flowers were not in stock and the florist called to align on what I’d be happy with them using. My favorite part was that I was emailed a photo prior to delivery! I always hope flowers I order look as good as I’d hoped, but they proved it by sharing the final arrangement with me. I loved that!
I ordered this arrangement for my mother’s 82nd birthday which was Monday. She struggles with a terrible progressive eye disease which will rob her of her central vision. I have made it a point to show her as much as I possibly can before her visioni is gone. She can still see bright colors. This arrangement looks so beautiful and I knew she would be able to really see it because of the bright colors of the orchids and just all of the colors. Don’t get me wrong, this is a beautiful arrangement. But not for someone whose vision is so poor I was really hoping to get a brighter pink instead of a land purpleish tone. I did call the shop and they told me when a color is not available. They replace the flower in another color. I just wish I had known that prior to ordering. The woman, I spoke to said that it is written on the site, but I didn’t even look for that because I’ve been ordering from here for a few years now and have been very happy so I never thought to read anything else. But if I had known the color of the orchids or any of the colors were not going to be bright like in the photo I would’ve asked them to substitute this flower with a bright color.
I just feel badly because it took me such a long time to pick out what I thought would be the perfect arrangement for her so just see something else come was disappointing. She tells me she loves the arrangement and she might. It’s very pretty, but I don’t think she can see it well at all.

We found Louis Barry flowers through Google search as we needed a get well soon gift for someone in Boston. We are in Ireland. The reviews were excellent and the choice on offer just as good. Ordering was so simple and we got a photo before delivery and then confirmation when delivered. The recipient was thrilled and complimented the flowers. I was so happy with my experience with this florist. I have ordered flower deliveries nationally and this was the best experience I've had. Ordering across the country can be questionable. I needed an arrangement delivered overnight. The women I spoke with at the florist was very nice. They created the arrangement just as it was advertised, which often does not happen. They handled it very quickly AND sent me an image before delivery, so I knew what the recipient was going to receive. You often wonder what an arrangement looks like, and so this gave me a high level of assurance. I wish more florists were as professional and easy to work with! The arrangement was beautiful and loved by the recipient.

Within 1-2 days, the hydrangea had wilted terribly, requiring the bouquet to be positioned so as not to show that side. LB used to produce quality, long-lasting bouquets, and we have given him a fair amount of business over the years. We will, however, be seeking a, shall we say, more enduring florist henceforth! Don't waste your money.
Unfortunately, the flowers were nothing like the picture. My friend received a vase with white roses only, that honestly looked like they were thrown in.

I wrote an email the day that the bouquet was given to my friend. I was quite disappointed because the light pink color of the bouquet I purchased was not in it. There were deep pink roses instead. I purchased it for the soft pink hue the arrangement had. No one got back to me on this matter. I asked if I could have it redone to be similar to what I ordered. No response. Perhaps someone can read this and get back to me. The customer service is very disappointing.

We live in Pennsylvania, and our sister-in-law is in the Rehabilitation Hospital in Boston. Her family drives an hour each way to see her, daily, so they really had no suggestions for a florist. My local florist suggested looking on websites in the hospital Zip Code, and after looking online at several local shops we chose Louis Barry. They sent a beautiful version of the arrangement we picked (Due to the pandemic, the exact flowers were not available) are are very satisfied with their service, and the quality of the arrangement. If you ever need flowers in Boston, I'd recommend this florist! Beautiful!

I ordered this bouquet for our tea table at The Courtyard Tea Room, Boston Public Library, this past Valentine's Day. Normally, I have a bouquet sent for special occasion teas, like my wife's birthday, and it is waiting on our table, really shouting: "THIS is your table!" On this occasion we arrived a bit early and the staff had not yet placed it. A few seconds after we were seated, my wife spied our waiter carrying it across the room and she exclaimed that every woman's head turned in following its progress, wanting to she, she supposed, who the lucky recipient was and, she kindly added, the wonderful spouse who arranged it. Suffice it to say she was pleased with it, now adorning our dining room fireplace mantle, the lilies opening and spreading their springtime scent throughout the room! The arrangement wonderfully bridged Valentine's Day, now past, with the promise of March and springtime.

I've been getting my sister a Christmas arrangement from Louis Barry for a few years now. She was very happy with today's arrangement of hydrangeas and tulips. (Tulips in December. Who'd have thought it!) She say it smells heavenly and will keep it in her office to enjoy for a few working days before she takes it home.
My husband's aunt passed away suddenly over Thanksgiving and the funeral was planned for Tuesday, 12/3/2019. We all planned to attend and then with the snow storm our plans had to change and we were unable to attend as we lived out of state. We were so upset that we could not attend the wake and funeral mass. I felt we needed to do something, so I googled florists in the area and Louis Barry florist opened the earliest, 8:00 am. I placed my order Monday evening in hopes that they would be able to get it to the funeral on time - it started at 9:00 am. I ordered 3 pointsettia plants and a vase with a dozen roses. The snow storm continued furiously into Tuesday morning and the Florist delivery person was delayed because of the storm, so the Owner of the florist delivered the pieces to the church himself, in time for the viewing. Not only did he get them there, they were absolutely beautiful! If you ever need a florist - in the Boston area, I would not hesitate to call the Louis Barry Florist! They were excellent! The owner of the florist called me to tell me he got the order and called a second time to let me know the flowers were delivered! He was very considerate, caring and kind to us during our time of grief. Thank you to the Louis Barry Florist shop!!
I ordered a premium version of this bouquet. It was delivered on time which is great. But I was a bit disappointed as it did not have any kind of purple flowers in it . It was just the pink roses and lots of greens :( Different look from what is advertised. Too bad...

The bouquet was lovely and as expected. However, whether because it had not been properly protected from the ambient temperature or for some other reason, the roses never opened (n.b. this was not because the correct water level was not maintained). Will be patronizing Winston's again after this.

Your floral arrangement is not the same as the picture. I am disappointed that there are no purple flowers which would make the arrangement beautiful! You should have notified me if you want to substitute them with red berries which give a totally different feel!

Hi. The actual arrangement received little different in color and very different in packaging. There are plastic wrappers as received but there is only a glass vase here.

The flowers were beautiful exactly how pictured. Perfect funeral gift but I was very disappointed in seeing these delivered earlier then I had posted to be dropped off. Then to come home from work an see on my steps, no call or for them to be signed. Anyone could have just picked them up in my neighborhood. I would have personally picked up in store if I knew that would happen, so not never happy with delivery but flowers are a must go to here for any events.

My go-to florist when I want to send my girlfriend a Valentines Day bouquet of roses or just flowers to say I am thinking about you. They always do an amazing job! I have never been disappointed and neither has my girlfriend.
I appreciate that you delivered in the morning as per my request, but I don't think the flowers look as delicate and pretty as the display picture. There were more roses than pictured but the lillies weren't open at all, which took away from the appeal.

I had a wonderful experience ordering from Louis Barry. I ordered two arrangements for two different colleagues at the same time. They checked in with me to make sure that they went to the right people and they were delivered on time. They were gorgeous arrangements, with hand-written notes and they delighted my colleagues. A better value than Winston's, same quality.

My wife loved the flowers she received on Valentine's day. It seems her coworkers felt the same way because several of them asked for the name of her florist.
My wife told me that the next day the hydrangeas were already dying even with the vase having enough water in them. The Orchicd's were in their own "test tube" type water containers and needed to be pulled out and refilled within two days of receiving the flowers and the only reason she discovered the "test tubes" was because she was pulling out the dead hydrangeas.
For the second consecutive occasion, I turned to Louis Barry and once again the florist exceeded my expectations. My girlfriend was amazed at the colors and quality of the flowers and while I am not a flower guy, even I could not believe the arrangement. Thank you!

The flowers were delivered and left outside when the temperature was 5 degrees. They froze and were brown when my mom found them. I might as well have thrown my $125 in the trash.
The picture I chose had some winter greenery in the vase and white orchids. I understand there was a line in the terms and agreements when you purchase stating that the florist has the right to modify the arrangement with seasonal florals that they have in stock. I sent this arrangement from out of state and my friend took a picture and it looked nothing like what I ordered. It looked like a summer bouquet completely out of season. Bright yellows and hot pinks and no greenery. For the price, I was not satisfied with my purchase and I would have chosen a different florist had I known what it was going to look like.

I was really pleased that they were able to accommodate my last minute delivery request but a little disappointed that the flowers weren't nearly as full as depicted not the website. I'd consider using them again in a pinch but would probably choose a different florist with fuller bouquets for something really important.

The flowers were ordered on the morning of Valentine's Day and same day delivery was requested. Even with last minute notice on the busiest flower sales day of the year, my order was accepted. The flowers were delivered that evening and in my girlfriends words were "absolutely gorgeous"! I would definitely order from them again.

The arrangement was selected based on the picture and, in particular, the detail around the vase. The description of the arrangement also specifically identified the detail around the vase as a key element to this arrangement. Unfortunately, while the arrangement was very nice, it did not include any detail such as that pictured. Nor did the arrangement look anything like the picture at all, though it was very nice. While I recognize that the florist can't make an arrangement that looks identical, some resemblance to the photo and description would be nice.

The flowers arrived in a timely manner and were absolutely gorgeous.
The online ordering process was easy. I ordered online around 2pm and the delivery arrived around 5pm at MGH. They notify you via email when your flowers have been delivered! That made me feel so much better, since it was for a coworker, who just had a baby, and I won't be visiting her in the hospital.

This flower was a mother's day gift, when it arrived my mom work place, it was pretty; however there was a half of the water in the vase. I'm not sure what is the reason, I've ordered flowers from you in the past, flowers were last almost like a week. That's why i order from you again because of the quality of the flowers.
My mom told me flowers looks like languish. We're quite upset for this delivery.
Three stars for the flowers delivered compared to the photo on website -- as delivered, the flowers were much less artfully arranged, more haphazard, less elegant. Only saw a pic of them so can't comment on freshness. One extra star for ease of ordering and quick delivery.

Very easy to order online, good description about the arrangement except no dimensions so I called, person was very helpful & pleasant. I saw what was delivered & the arrangement was beautiful. Had to take a star off for 2 reasons, although the handwritten note makes it more personal they misspelled the person’s name, and 2nd the description said it would be in an urn style pot, but just a plain basket was used. I understand making substitutions but would have thought another style pot/vase would be used.

The flowers sent were lovely, and as pictured. The vase, however, was not a modern glass bowl vase, but rather a basic vase. The point of my ordering this arrangement versus others was to send a more modern arrangement than one I could have made myself from a grocery store. BloomNation should not advertise something as modern in such a picture when it may end up being substituted with something basic.
Very good experience, especially after some bad experiences with other florists on V-Day. I ordered these flowers the day before Valentines. They were delivered 24 hours later, by a very nice, friendly young lady. And my wife thought the flowers were excellent.
