We loved the Mother's Day flowers so much that we ordered another arrangement, this time something unusual - a bromeliad plant composition. Our sister in law loves it. John at Lotus did an AMAZING job on centerpieces for a birthday party. When the flowers were delivered, he noticed that there were some high top tables with nothing on them. He rushed back to his store, made some smaller arrangements and brought those – all at no additional charge. I ordered a second, freestanding bouquet for the birthday girl, and it, too, was amazing. I would highly recommend lotus flowers to anyone who wants first class floral artistry.

Beautiful seeming arrangement, from the photo my friends sent. I was looking, from 300 miles away, for a local florist to send a housewarming gift to a couple in Rancho Mirage, and the reviews were great. One star off for a hefty $20 delivery fee, also not mentioned anywhere on the site, and dimensions of arrangements not given online either. The delivery was fast though; early the next day and my friends were thrilled. I couldn't see it in person of course, but seems like it was even better than the photo. I think that this florist cares about the beauty of the flowers he sends!

The arrangement is quite spectacular but was already wilting by this AM (Saturday, delivered on Thursday). Iris was drying out and some of the green vertical stems had flopped. I have some pictures that illustrate this if you would like more detail. This was unusual for flowers that you have delivered in past so I thought you would want to know.

Lotus Garden bouquets never disappoint! This one is absolutely gorgeous and I’ve already received two photos of it from my mom, who I sent it to yesterday. It was delivered as requested and is so fresh and beautiful. I expect it will last a long time, just like last year’s birthday bouquet did. By the way, I don’t think the sample photo online does it justice- each time I order a Desert Paradise bouquet it’s even lovelier in person.

First of all - I placed an order from out of the country and they delivered perfectly. One suggestion would be in regards to the online shopping experience for planted succulents would be to have more than one picture - let the customer see a few options. I didn’t really care for the one that was sent to my friend for her 60th Birthday- little ‘clunkly’ for my taste but again - they got it to her and that’s what counts.

The flower arrangement that was sent to my friend for her birthday were significantly different from the bouquet that I originally ordered. The flowers were lovely but I was disappointed in the selection. The original order was yellow in color and had cymbidiums and yellow roses and was unusual in look. The flowers received were mainly pink, purple and white and not unique. The quality was good as always but the design was a disappointment.

I could not ask for more.

Normally Lotus Garden is so excellent, but not this time. They left off the card from me and put the wrong name on it so my Mom had no idea who they were from. I even paid $20 extra for delivery fee to nearby town and they got it wrong. Not sure I will use them again. They had been my go to florist.

I was very disappointed when I saw the arrangement that was delivered. There was absolutely no shape to it and as a fellow florist I was counting on a gorgeous arrangement to be worth the price I spent. And knowing the industry and knowing design I was very disappointed. The whole arrangement was sporadic and I know there is a style like this but if the designer was trying to execute that whimsical style it was poorly done. And not only in my opinion but in the opinion of my family and other who don’t know the industry it wasn’t worth the money. I would gladly make the arrangements myself but I don’t live in the area and was counting on you to make a beautiful arrangement. I’ve ordered from you in the past and haven’t had a problem but this arrangement was very poorly done. I know flowers come in and out of season and you may not be able to have the exact flowers in the photos but you can always replicate the styles. And this arrangement looked nothing like the stylized controlled arrangement in the pictures provided.

Thank you for prompt delivery of a lovely arrangement of flowers. While the arrangement did consist mostly of the flowers pictured here, the actual arrangement was quite different from the mounded arrangement shown here. The arrangement delivered was quite sprawling and much more casually contained in the vase than the trimmed and contoured arrangement pictured here. I don't know if that would have mattered to the receiver. There seems to be a lot of latitude in the arrangement presentation that was not as suggested.

The ease of ordering and the alert that the delivery had been successful was really great. But honestly. The photo my Mom sent of the arrangement didn't really match the photo. No eucalyptus, not those pretty pink orchids and the succulent was dark and not as perky. Overall I felt the colors were not the same...but if you pick apart her arrangement.,, they are in theory - just not the same impact as the online photo.

I ordered the deluxe version of this arrangement which is the most expensive. It stated that it would be a larger arrangement with upgraded flowers. When my Mom sent a picture of the arrangement she received I was disappointed. It didn’t look nearly as nice or colorful as the flowers in the picture plus there were some inexpensive flowers added so I felt scammed. In my opinion the arrangement she received looked like the least expensive version.

This was an absolute seamless experience. I decided at about 9:30pm on a Sunday night before Christmas to have the beautiful Desert Paradise arrangement delivered the NEXT day in Indian Wells! There weren't even any extra fees for the last minute order. Just before Noon (the next day 12/23) I received a text Thank you from my Step Mom with a picture of the flowers. Wow.
