Los Altos Flowers created an amazing basket of fresh, colorful flowers and greens. They were prompt in delivery and gave wonderful customer service. I highly recommend them and would use them again. The arrangement was sent to a skilled nursing facility and the recipient was so pleased. It really cheered her up. The staff also loved the arrangement. Well done Los Altos Flowers!!!!

Purchased a large bouquet for Valentines Day. The flowers were delivered at 9:30 pm on Valentines Night and left outside by the driveway - didn’t see them until the next day. Flowers were expensive and clearly not fresh (made worse by the delivery). Big waste of money - and no Valentines flowers for my wife. I sent an email to inquire about a refund, but no response. Terrible overall experience, I do not recommend.

Disappointed. I specifically ordered a beautiful peace lily for a co-worker. It was supposed to be delivered and when I checked they said it had been but looking at the ring camera it never came to the correct address. They said they were going to attempt again the next day. Now, mind you, that was Valentines day so I really didn't have my hopes up but thought that if they could get it there on Saturday that would work. They never attempted a second delivery EVER. I had to call and leave a message on Friday and Saturday. They say that they used Door Dash - which you would think now how to used google maps. Either they delivered to the wrong address or Door Dash has a nice plant. Either way I will not use this florist again. After trying to get it corrected they never reached out to me on setting this straight or letting me know what they were going to do. Sympathy deliveries need to be done sooner rather than later.

Though I received a delivery receipt both times, neither this flower order that was supposed to be delivered yesterday, nor another order that was supposed to be delivered 4 days ago was ever received. I guess this website is a scam. They have all of the automated systems setup to receive, confirm orders, charge your credit card and send fake delivery notifications, but no product (flowers) is ever delivered.

Delivered in the evening after I had to call to inquire as to when it was coming. Ordered a box of chocolates along with the flowers which were not delivered. Filled out a message for a card which was also left out of the delivery. Very disappointed.

I have never had a worse experience with a florist. Save your money and go elsewhere. My flowers were delivered at 10 pm and did not have orchids despite having that as part of the photo online. When asking about what happened I was hung up on my management. I just wanted to treat my wife to flowers for her birthday. I am all for supporting local business but I will never work with your company again.

I requested that the flowers be delivered on the 13th as were going to be out on the 14th. It is now the late evening of the 14th, no flowers, nobody answering the phone, voice mailbox is full and you send me a survey that says the flowers were delivered on the 13th but the status of my order still says "in Progress".

I got a cheap set of flowers and two boxes of Safeway cupcakes. I paid $168 for baked by Melissa cupcakes and a nice bouquet and got a below average bouquet with SAFEWAY cupcakes!!!!! Looked nothing like the picture on the website.

1. Delivery confirmed for 9/15, actual delivery on 9/16. Date was important for recipient.
2. The box was different from shown on order - was supposed to be stone-like material but received wooden box.
3. Only partial note was attached, without sender names. Recipient had to guess who had sent it.

DO NOT PURCHASE FLOWERS HERE, experience was absolutely terrible. They never delivered my order for Mother's Day, they promised it would be delivered on Monday after Mother's Day, never happened. Now I can't get a hold of them after 2 calls, a text message and an email, so I contacted Bloom Nation directly. They wouldn't help me and asked to to reach out to Los Altos Florist directly. Now all of a sudden Bloom Nation wants to help because I filed a credit card dispute. Absolutely Terrible Service. I want my $170 back.

I ordered these flowers on 5/3 for delivery on 5/14. However, no flowers were delivered on 5/14, though I received a confirmation email claiming successful delivery. Upon calling the morning of 5/15, I spoke with an employee who immediately apologized and said a replacement bouquet would be sent same day. A bouquet arrrived the morning of 5/16 that did not match the requested bouquet and the recipient stated the flowers looked like they had been arranged days earlier. I then received a second confirmation email, stating the order I placed on 5/3 was successfully delivered on 5/14. Not my best experience.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.

Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.

To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
