Lori Hughes, owner, and creative director has successfully served as part of the Dallas area wedding professional industry since 1996. Her many years serving clients as a certified wedding consultant, serving on the board of the Association of Certified Wedding Consultants, and working with the most talented individuals in the local wedding trade, sparked Lori's passion for floral design.
Over the last decade, Lori has honed her skills as an accomplished floral artisan, and now she and her team of skilled designers have a common commitment to bring their enthusiasm, expertise, fresh ideas, and attention to detail to the design table. Lori loves sourcing interesting materials and textiles from her travels to infuse them into her floral designs. We absolutely thrive on the design process and cultivating long-lasting friendships, too!

Substitution Policy
In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Delivery Policy
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
