We ordered the Holiday Tidings bouquet to be delivered for our Aunts 93rd birthday. We requested the delivery for Saturday 12/14. Unfortunately, after several attempts, we received a call from Taylor that there wasn’t anyone home. Taylor then made sure to deliver the bouquet on Sunday even though your shop was closed and it was Taylor’s day off. You have such an excellent employee in Taylor. My friend loved it or at least she seemed to. She sent me a picture and I have to say it was pretty but definitely not as pretty as pictured and seemed much smaller. It's always so hard to order sometimes and you know that substitution's are sometimes made but I was disappointed. My friend was happy and it made her smile so that's all that really matters

The pictures online do not at all display the actual size or beauty of the arrangement. The picture of "Pretty Please" was quite beautiful online. I had an opportunity to upgrade to deluxe.... but I liked the simplest at $48. My Aunt was so happy and she sent me a picture of her flowers but I was quite unhappy. BUYER BEWARE! What you see (on the website) is NOT what you get! Ordered the largest size available of the 'Holiday Flower Tree' to cheer an elderly homebound friend. I was SHOCKED when I saw what was delivered. Was hoping I could insert a picture here, but unfortunately am not able to. The base was correct and there were 6-8 small roses. Gypsophila (Baby's Breath, a 'filler' flower) was tightly gathered and placed where mums should be. The 'tree' itself was small, misshapen and choppy in appearance. I received an email for feedback and called (as it asked you to if your experience was not satisfactory), rather than just leave feedback. I emailed my picture and their website picture before calling. Spent 10 mins on phone with a rather upset woman who kept repeating the cost of the kit and that it had 8 roses. She offered to have someone go over and "stick a few more flowers into it" or drop off a bud vase. I told her I felt the moment of 'surprise and delight' had passed, and also didn't want to upset my friend with unnecessary bell-ringing and explanations. Perhaps a partial refund or even credit towards another time would have been more appropriate. I probably would given them benefit of the doubt this was a one-off bad experience and given them another order. After the call though- I wouldn't place another order, as I was told 'you just wanted to leave a bad review from the start' and the call ended. Maybe they should reconsider sending out feedback emails if they are unable to accept honest feedback and have no intention to properly remedy a situation or 'make it right'.

The arrangement as delivered wasn’t very nice; I thought it looked like a bunch of flowers bounced together and just stuck in a vase. The flowers were nice but the vase you used was a very tall straight cylinder, totally wrong for the arrangement. This picture shows a very nice artistic arrangement in a vase that’s round on bottom and tapers up, with the little bear dropped down over the narrow part of the vase so it looks like it’s hugging the arrangement. The bear you used was brown, not white, and just came with the flowers because the vase was wrong. I know florists have leeway and can’t always match what’s shown, but I think in this instance it was really not done well.
