Very good communication about the order. The lillies were browning on delivery, which was disappointing. These flowers went home with family not to the grave site, either destination, the freshness of the flowers mattered.

My experience with this company was quite good. First the owner of the company called me to review my order and offer some suggestions on how to move forward. I made some request post order completion which was for a funeral and they were extremely accommodating He was extremely kind, empathetic and professional.
The arrangement was breathtaking. My family was overwhelmed with happiness to see the arrangement especially with the addition of white tulips, something my grandmother very much liked.

The flowers were fine. Nothing special, but definitely not a "value," IMHO, for the nearly $100 I spent for a modest arrangement, with tax and delivery. I give one star because the flowers were delivered a day early. I very specifically choose my delivery date, and the website indicated the flowers would be delivered on that date, not during a "range" of dates or on an approximate date. The date of delivery was important to me, and no one from the florist bothered to tell me that they would be delivered early. I know they were delivered early because the recipient texted me a lovely thank you message at 9:00 at night, the day before my scheduled date. Adding insult to injury, I received an emailed receipt the day delivery was scheduled, that said they were delivered on the correct date. Did the florist really think I wouldn't find out? I have never had this problem before, with any florist, in my 40+ years of ordering flowers for delivery. I order frequently. I picked this florist because they were close to my recipient's house, and in this hot weather, I though that it was best to minimize the shipping distance. I will NOT order from this florist again. Very disappointed.

The flowers were absolutely gorgeous and worth a five star rating but they were delivered on April 15th and not April 14th as originally requested and confirmed by BloomNation. Again, I was quite pleased with the arrangement from the florist. It was beautiful.
