Little Peony contacted me when my first choice for flowers was unavailable. I selected a substitute. They followed through with a substitution. They sent texts to track delivery and sent a photo of the floral arrangement at its destination. I was very pleased with their service and the contacts they made to keep me up to date.
Item delivered looked just like the website image. They also checked with me several times to ensure everything was perfect! I would 100 percent order from them again.

My wife happened to be on a trip during our anniversary this year, so I did an Internet search and found this establishment. The website was detailed, and all prices were clearly stated. I picked what I wanted and confirmed they could deliver to her location. As soon as I placed my order, I received a text confirming it and then a personalized text asking me for a little more information to make my order personalized. They delivered at the time and place they promised and the delivery person went above and beyond by walking around and personally finding her. It could not have been a better experience.

This was my first order with Little Peony after doing a Google search for delivery in Irvine. It was really important to me to find a local florist doing unique designs and not low-quality replicas of national chain floral arrangements. They communicated to me immediately when one of the selected flowers was noted to be out of stock and offered suggestions for replacements. I was also sent a photo of the arrangement before delivery to confirm that it met expectations and confirmation of delivery. The recipient texted immediately to say they were beautiful and the whole experience was 10/10. I will absolutely use this florist again and again.

It meant so much that they included these colors to honor her loved one. The arrangement was beautiful and their extra effort is greatly appreciated! Delivery was fast and very communicative. The bouquet was beautiful but a little stringy looking than what I had expected (I think because it had the long green stems that looked like antennas rather than the thicker green stems pictures online which gave it more fullness and life). Overall though the experience was wonderful!

Can't say thank you enough to Little Peony Florist for making my mom feel special on mother's day all the way from Hawaii. I reached out for some special additions to the arrangement and I have to say it turned out more beautiful than I was expecting. After a few days just when I thought the arrangement couldn't be more beautiful the peonies bloomed and now my mom can't take her eyes off them!

I wanted something to cheer her up. I hadn’t told them why I was sending the flowers, only that I wanted a bright tulip arrangement. Through miscommunication that was all my fault, they made a beautiful pink tulip arrangement and sent me a pictures. I immediately panicked because I just couldn’t send pink for their son. I called them right away and they were amazing. I was able to pick out another arrangement even though it was Saturday and their supplier was closed. They made the most beautiful arrangement and delivered it that day. The family was so thrilled and said it really brightened their day. Thank you Little Peony Florist. Ordered Dance in Moonlight for same day delivery late in the afternoon, I received a call that they didn't have quality enough flowers for this arrangement for same day- they could do next day. I asked if there was anything comparable they could arrange for today delivery and they exceeded my expectations. They sent a picture of the arrangement to my cell phone before delivery and they text me when the delivery was made. This shop went above and beyond. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I called Little Peony Florist for a last minute request and not only were they able to get the flowers out the same day, they kept me up to date all the way until the flowers were delivered. As part of their service, they sent me a picture of the arrangement too and that's AMAZING because not all florists will do that and some times we're afraid to even ask for a picture, dreading what the arrangement will actually look like. This arrangement was beautiful and the price was good too! It's also disappointing to work with all these 3rd party companies online and was refreshing to actually talk to the florist that was making the arrangement.
