|Beyond the poor quality and late delivery, I ordered the premium Sunny Sentiments Bouquet but they sent the Hello Sunshine Bouquet instead.
I tried calling Little Flower Shop's phone number listed on Bloom Nation (which routes to Dusty's Flowers) in addition to the two phone numbers on the Dusty's website several times over two days but no one ever picked up and there was no way to leave a message.
I've initiated a refund through my credit card company and will never order flowers from Little Flower Shop/Dusty's ever again.

|The flowers were for my mother and she loved them. The only thing was that I didn't think the arrangement looked like what I ordered. I chose this specific arrangement because of the extra greenery and the way it overflowed over the vase having a kind of grand look. The one she received didn't have that same effect even though I went with the premium version. It consisted of 5 or 6 regular sized roses and 10 small ones. The picture showed more than that with 3 types and I thought that was the standard version. If the one shown was the premium, I still do not think it looked like it.

|threw together, something I picked up just to send "something" . Even HEB flowers would have sent or done a better job. It was a total rip off! I would never recommend your flower shop and want you to know that I am going to complain in Yelp, BBB and FDS. I would give NO stars at all but since this review will not allow, will need to give you a one star.

|I ordered the “Just Because” arrangement on-line and the actual arrangement received was more lovely than the pretty photo shown on-line. My daughter-in-law loved the floral basket and the price was very reasonable. The driver called me when the flowers were delivered. Yes, I would definitely use this company again.

No single roses found, instead some other flowers were there which was really disappointed my expectation. Please assure to deliver as how you post in website, else send a note to customer if any changes before you deliver it our loved ones. Now I felt its not value for money.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
