Lisa and her husband, Howard, are the owners of Lisa's Flowers and Gifts, an award winning flower shop located in Bossier City, Louisiana. Lisa’s Flowers has been serving the Northwest Louisiana area since 1993. Lisa’s is known for beautiful arrangements and commitment to customer service. She is a Louisiana Licensed Retail Florist and is passionate about providing her customers with the best possible experience.

How will I receive a new bouquet?

Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.

How often will I be billed?

You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.

How do I make changes to my subscription plan?

You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.

Can I pause my subscription plan?

Yes, you can! contact us at (318) 746-8601, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.

How do I cancel my subscription plan?

We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (318) 746-8601 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

I am so sorry, I should have written this review a couple of years ago. Lisa flowers have came through for me every time that I've called them or email them. One time I emailed them at 1:00 in the morning and ask them cuz they have it delivered by lunch and it was delivered before lunch and the presentation and the flowers were immaculate. Everyone loves every time I use Lisa flowers even though I am a chef and have my own floors for all my weddings I love Lisa flowers they do a excellent job and have excellent customer service. I used Lisa’s for my moms funeral in January and then again this week for my mother in laws funeral. Why do we do flowers for a funeral? Because it’s what we do…tradition and beauty. It puts a little ‘sense’ on the sad…
Lisa’s never disappoints. Each time, the arrangements were just as I wanted, the flowers fresh and beautiful and the arrangement very pleasing!! Arrangements are expensive, but Lisa’s somehow put a handle on this. Well worth it. Very happy and will definitely use them again!!

I order flowers at least once a month, sometimes more, for delivery. Lisa's Flowers has always delivered beautiful arrangements every time, and the deliveries are prompt, even if ordered same day. I indicate my preferences for flower types and colors on my order, and the designer always does his/her best to accommodate. I have tried the other flower shops in Bossier, none are bad, but Lisa's is the best.

After choosing a funeral home for my husband's death and knowing he would be cremated I knew I needed an urn. LSU urns were available so the nest thing I needed was flowers to surround the urn and they had to be in LSU colors. I went to the web site (floral) of my choice and found arrangements around urns, but none were purple & gold. I found their email and emailed them; next I received a phone call advising me The arrangement I chose was not going to work, but Lisa could fix it. AND fix it she did! They were delivered on time and since I wasn't home and they had to leave them outside they put them slightly behind the trash can where they weren't immediately visible in order to protect them from package thieves. Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.

Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
