The flowers were beautiful. They appeared as the picture and no problems there. However they were delivered almost an hour later than I requested. I asked them to be delivered by 2 because my girlfriend is done work by that time and she had to wait for them at work to arrive. It also ruined the surprise because I had to ask her to wait for them. Very frustrating.

I am not from the area so I googled a flower shop close to where my daughter lives. Lisa's Floral was close, perfect! I placed an online order to have a Money Tree delivered the next day for my daughter's birthday. I know it is not a guarantee but I asked if at possible to have it delivered before noon due to my daughter was going to be working 12p-8p on the day of delivery. It was around 1120am the day they were going to be delivered and I still didn't hear anything from my daughter. I called the flower shop, I wanted to make sure they received my order, The flower shop was in the middle of moving to a new location so the orders were at the other shop. The lady got my number, called the other shop and called me right back. They did receive my order but unfortunately deliveries were not going out till noon. The lady and I got to talking and I mentioned where my daughter worked, she said they could deliver to her work. I knew where she worked but could not remember the exact name of it. Due to not being from the area and my daughter living there less than a year she said she thought she knew the place. She called my daughter's work to make sure it was the right place, called me back to let me know we were good and the Money Tree would be delivered to her work instead of her house. My daughter was so surprised and absolutely loved the Money Tree! I am soooo thankful for her help and making my daughter's birthday a special day! Thank you so much for everything!

My friend (the recipient) sent a picture of the flowers right when she received them and I saw that the pink flowers were turning brown around the edges and were old. I spent a lot of money on them so it was definitely disappointing.

However, I paid a $10 fee to have them delivered between 10-11am only to have them delivered at 1:30ish and this bothers me considering I paid extra as well as a generous tip for this time slot? If this doesn’t happen I’m likely giving a 5 star review. I hope I receive a $10 credit considering the delivery was nowhere near the time slot I chose? I used this delivery service twice in the past couple weeks now and I would like to continue.

I have used Lisa’s florist a few times any my only complaint would be please allow us to write as long a message as we want to the people who we are sending the flowers to. To have only 140 characters is not enough and is frustrating.

The flowers in arrangement were not available so they substituted. It was a full and large arrangement. Wish the roses were bigger than the other flowers, but they did a wonderful job and they were promptly delivered - thank you so much! Definitely will use them again.

Valerie Zelanko, the recipient of this Birthday Bouquet, called me the day it was delivered (Friday January 20th). Her birthday is NOT until Sunday, January 22, when she will be 81 years young. She seemed annoyed that I had it delivered too early, i.e. she assumed it would be delivered on Saturday (today). I did tell her that you do not deliver on Saturday, so I was disappointed that she seemed more annoyed than grateful,

I ordered these for mother's day. While the flowers my mother recieved were beautiful they looked nothing like the photo. I was okay with substitutions but the vase isn't the same and there was a huge butterfly in the flowers. Most of the flowers were substituted. I'm extremely upset that I was not contacted about the extent of the substitutions.

I ordered this floral arrangement for my mom for Mother’s Day. It was delivered and the driver did knock and ring doorbell. Unfortunately, the arrangement wasn’t seen and taken in until the next day. Temps were in the 30’s overnight. Once the arrangement was brought inside it started wilting. I called Lisa’s and explained what happened, they were willing to replace the arrangement. The person I talked to was very gracious and accommodating since the the mistake was not on their part. Very grateful, my mom loved the new arrangement. Would use Lisa’s again and recommend.

I located Lisa's Floral via the internet so I was just a little nervous on how the flowers would look. I can say that I am 100% satisfied with the lovely bouquet that was created and delivered to my Friend - she sent me a picture and it was just spectacular! I would highly recommend Lisa's Floral and I know I will use them again.

This weekend was the second time that this shop did not deliver ordered flowers However, this time the company sent an email saying the flowers were delivered!!
We ordered on Friday for Mothers Day and they never arrived. Called Saturday and Sunday and the voice message was "full" and we couldn't let a message.
There are two people always in the home, no one received the order and they were not left with third party or outside. First occurrence a delivery person took the flowers "home" and never came back.
Really disappointed.

Flowers were delivered a day late, after the viewing and during the funeral when the recipient was not home. Lisa’s said they were left with a neighbor, but they were not. They were left on the front porch when the temps were below freezing all day. We are all disappointed and don’t believe their excuses.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
