About the Shop

Mother-and-daughter team Katherine Williams and Rebecca Perry started the company in 1994 out of their love of flowers and plants and their natural talents in art and design.
Substitution Policy
In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Delivery Policy
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.

Exceeded every expectation! Rebecca was incredibly responsive in returning my call, listened to my requests and created an AMAZING arrangement, elegant and artistic, perfect for my friend! The flowers were so fresh and it is obvious Rebecca put such thoughtfulness and care into creating a one of a kind, beautiful bouquet! AND delivered so fast! …( with special care to consider where and when to deliver the flowers so the heat would not impact the flowers). This shop, Rebecca, requires more than five stars!! Every aspect of this transaction was above excellent.

I ordered two flower arrangements before Christmas and absolutely loved them! I reached out to Rebecca with a special request for flowers that would last longer than a week, as I hoped to have them looking fresh for my New Year’s Eve party. She delivered beautifully! It's been two weeks, and I still have them here. They lasted so long and brought such joy to our home every day. Highly recommend!
