The flowers were so fresh and it is obvious Rebecca put such thoughtfulness and care into creating a one of a kind, beautiful bouquet! AND delivered so fast! …( with special care to consider where and when to deliver the flowers so the heat would not impact the flowers). This shop, Rebecca, requires more than five stars!! When you order flowers for someone, you hope they'll have that "wow" factor. My experience is that when you use those national services they always turn out small and disappointing. My experience with Lily Pad was completely the opposite. I ordered online, described what I wanted, and that was it. The end result was spectacular! Even the girls at the front desk of the hotel it was delivered to, couldn't stop talking about it. On top of that, they emailed me a picture of the actual bouquet. Couldn't be happier.

When I send flowers to friends in LA, I call Lily Pad. Their designs are unique and stunningly beautiful, service is excellent, and what you see is what you get. Only wish there was a Lily Pad where I live!

Great service. Ordered an arrangement online for my moms retirement. They provided email updates of the status of my order and even sent a photo of the arrangement prior to it being delivered. My mom loved them! 10/10 would recommend.

I’ve been ordering from Lily pad on and off for more than 10 years ... and I don’t even live in the South Bay anymore (now in Orange County) but still order from here for my family or friends in the South Bay. This place is amazing! I live all the way in Idaho, and my sister works in the Hermosa beach area. It was her birthday and of course Ordering her some beautiful flowers was all I could do so I had looked for some different flower shops online and this one caught my eye. The prices were reasonable, the flowers were absolutely breathtaking, I had a hard time deciding which one I wanted for her. Finally when I did, I placed my order and lily pad immediately sent me a confirmation, along with a picture of what the actual bouquet looked like once it was created just for her. That really stood out to me and I appreciated it. They had also sent an email once it was delivered. My sister is in love with the bouquet set!

I didn’t rate five stars because I had ordered four deluxe lei’s - two white and two in the purple shade. The white lei’s were beautiful. Both flowers strands were together on one string. The purple, however, were sent as four lei’s, not the deluxe version. This was for a high school graduation, so it was disappointing that the lei’s were not sent in the correct “styles”.

Absolutely gorgeous - my mom lost it when she saw these. Delivery was above and beyond, flowers were dropped off in the shade at her difficult-to-navigate apartment doorstep (which is through 2 gates and up 4 floors). She said she was having a rough Cinco de Mayo (been there!) and burst into tears of joy when she spotted these getting home. Order by last week though, oops. Nurse day is Tues 5/12!

I got a "thank you" text/picture (from my girlfriend) of the actual floral arrangement and it was beautiful ....just like the photo on the website...love that! I sent these to my mom for mother's day and they were gorgeous! Although the arrangement doesn't quite match this image, ours was so beautiful, full of roses and ranunculus. Our bouquet was mostly pastels/pinks and my mother told me she kept having to touch the roses because they were so beautiful she couldn't believe they were real.

I love receiving the picture of my actual arrangement! The flowers were beautiful and delivery was fast.
The bouquet received was not exactly as pictured. Because if the time of year/weather not all flowers were available, but I received a call shortly after placing the order online letting me know of the suggested changes. We agreed and the bouquet was made up and delivered very quickly. It was stunning. The recipient absolutely loved it!

I wanted to send my sister an outstanding arrangement of flowers for her birthday and although they weren’t able to send the exact flowers shown, the flowers she received were truly amazing. Plus, the company called and emailed to let me know of the floral substitutions beforehand so I wasn’t out of the loop. Highly recommend! Beautiful job. She loved them.
