Lily of the Valley Flowers and More is a full service florist and retail gift shop. We offer floral arrangements using natural cut, dried or silk flowers for all occasions. We offer local flower delivery for an additional fee. If you would like more information or a price quote for wedding flowers, please call us to make an appointment to discuss your needs.
ABOUT THE OWNER
Ilona
Ilona is the creative hand and eye for our products. Originally from Europe, but a US citizen since 2010, she has run her own flower shop for over 20 years in both Europe and the USA. She brings a bit of European style to her creations and is also trained in the art of Ikebana. She holds a degree as a Diplomat Engineer in Horticulture and as a Landscape Architect. Ilona knows the science and style behind the flowers and plant arrangements she creates.

The recipient did not receive their flowers yesterday as scheduled. I don't know if they will arrive today or not. I'm quite disappointed. UPDATE: I received a phone call that there is an error with their online ordering, and since they are closed on Sundays, they do not deliver on Sundays which makes sense. This was unfortunate and I hope they fix this since everyone we have sent flowers to, love them. We have been using Lily of the Valley for all sympathy flowers for the last year and have been very, very pleased.

Was expecting birds of paradise, but was informed there were no birds available and was given an altogether different bouquet. The bouquet was beautiful and were very fragrant; however the flowers started browning on the 2nd day and had toss them on the 4th. Wish they would have lasted longer.

First, gotta say the prices were great. Very nice surprise. Second, I realized the day before I scheduled delivery that I forgot to specify the hours I needed delivery between so I called to correct my error. Very easy process and the person who I spoke with was very nice and helpful. When delivery did occur, the timing could not have been better. My girlfriends entire office staff was there enjoying a surprise birthday lunch her boss threw for her and when these flowers walked in I was told everyone stopped and gushed over the arraignment… even the guys! Way to go. You helped me hit a home run while I was on the road for work. Thank you!

The arrangement my wife received was absolutely spectacular. My wife was incredibly pleased with how beautiful they were. Originally, my order was to be delivered the day before. But late in the day I received a call from the owner of the shop. She stated that she was not in the shop that day but was receiving pictures of arrangements before they were delivered. The arrangement that I had ordered did not meet her standards so she asked if it would be OK if they could remake it the right way and send it the next day. I must say it’s very refreshing to find someone who takes such pride in her business and her product that she took the time to personally call me to explain the situation and to make it right. It was definitely worth the wait! The arrangement was absolutely beautiful. Ordered the Pretty Please flower arrangement (paid extra for the premium bouquet) on Monday 13th for a Tuesday 14th delivery. Disappointed that the flowers were not delivered until after 8:00 PM after being told they would arrive around 5:00 PM. Was also disappointed that the flower arrangement was not balanced (some flowers on the outer edge were taller than flowers in the center of the bouquet). The flowers were not layered from the center out as pictured on your website. The smaller petite red roses were already dry and wilting at the time of delivery.

I wanted to send flowers to cheer up my “other mother” who lost two siblings within a month. After checking out florists in the area, I immediately selected Lily of the Valley Flowers and More because of the beautiful selection and attention to detail that is displayed on their website. As well as the floral arrangements being beautiful, we had a wonderful customer service experience from Lily of the Valley during the COVID-19 pandemic. My 2 sisters and I wanted to send an arrangement to our mother, in quarantine at a Senior Living facility (all residents were quarantined). In addition, we wanted to send 2 more arrangement to other residents there. So it was a bit of a complicated order, and I was ordering form across the country. I understand that a delivery time cannot be guaranteed, but I would have appreciated it being delivered on the date specified. When I called to check, it appeared that they weren't even aware of the order. It was found and the missed delivery was acknowledged. It was agreed that they would deliver it the next day, and they threw in a box of candy and upgraded the arrangement at no added charge to us.
It was appreciated that the effort was made to rectify the missed delivery date. I would order from Lily of the Vally Flowers again as their arrangements are so well done. The only reason for the 3 stars instead of the 5 stars was solely on the delayed delivery.

I had ordered flowers for my daughter for Mothers Day who lives in Arizona and I live in another state. This was a terrible experience. They do not have the proper and adequate resources for processing online orders, which apparently they prioritize their "in house" orders first.
So, obviously, I was not able to go to their store in person where I would have been a priority.
The flowers were never sent and come to find out the arrangement had never been made up. The payment was processed right away clearing my bank the day I placed this order. I have not received a refund after having to call twice and I was told it was not their fault. They passed the blame onto Bloom Nation who apparently processes their online orders for them. The man "Al" asked if I had asked the recipient if they got the flowers? I stated, "no as it was supposed to be a surprise"! So, to this day I have yet to receive a refund. I had to call my daughter to go down in person to ask them to please issue the refund. My daughter stated the place was in disarray and the lady/rep at Lily of the Valley Flowers tried twice to process the refund while my daughter waits, but, apparently could not get it to work?? This review will also go on YELP. Please save your money and do not place any orders online with this business. They can not back up their product.
So, obviously, I was not able to go to their store in person where I would have been a priority.
The flowers were never sent and come to find out the arrangement had never been made up. The payment was processed right away clearing my bank the day I placed this order. I have not received a refund after having to call twice and I was told it was not their fault. They passed the blame onto Bloom Nation who apparently processes their online orders for them. The man "Al" asked if I had asked the recipient if they got the flowers? I stated, "no as it was supposed to be a surprise"! So, to this day I have yet to receive a refund. I had to call my daughter to go down in person to ask them to please issue the refund. My daughter stated the place was in disarray and the lady/rep at Lily of the Valley Flowers tried twice to process the refund while my daughter waits, but, apparently could not get it to work?? This review will also go on YELP. Please save your money and do not place any orders online with this business. They can not back up their product.

There was a mixup on my order, but when the owner was made aware of it, she personally called me and made arrangements to send another bouquet to ensure we were satisfied. She showed great customer service and the flowers were beautiful. My girlfriend loved them! Very happy with the flowers and the customer service!

Mia loved her flowers, as did all of us (she texted photos). More importantly, we all were thrilled with the excellent service. The order got a bit mixed up and had to be delivered a day late...not only was it delivered first thing in the morning, another bouquet was waiting for her st her apartment. Thank you for the beautiful flowers and the great care! Her almost missed Valentine became something very skeviak.

Plant delivered was as pictured. Base was a different shape but same color and works well. My sister and brother in law said they loved the plant. They also commented on the great delivery person and process. The delivery was same day and as requested. Overall I'm very pleased and will definitely visit Lily of the Valley on line when flowers or small plants are needed in the Gilbert AZ area. . Highly recommend Ed.

The flowers were healthy and beautiful, but the arrangement was haphazard. All the white were clustered on the left, and the pinks on the right. Could have been more expertly arranged.
