Arangement is very cute. Timing and delivery was perfect. However I paid $81 and it was a lot smaller of a bouquet than i thought it would be like. Would not pay almost $100 again but it was cute. I could make the arrangement myself for cheaper.

Usually order flowers once or twice a month to be delivered. Have always been beautiful flowers and great delivery. But this time small roses in bouquet were dead after one day and the larger roses were already showing signs of wear after 2 days and all the lillies were already open, seems like an old bouquet or at the end of their time flowers not fresh. Depending on a response or some kind of credit, I will not be ordering flowers from Lily unless they correct this. $110 bouquet dieing in the first 2 days is not ok.

Ordering and delivery were great! Received a photo when they were delivered. What was upsetting was that a card with a personal message had an error. The person that wrote it simply scribbled it out instead of using a new blank card. Not a good thing for a special occasion. Doubt the cards are that expensive compared to the roses.

Horrible! I could have done a better job myself! I paid for the premium $80 version and it looked worse than the picture on-line of the basic! I was mortified they did such a bad job for a funeral and I ordered this over a week before! They use very few 1 stock roses but smaller branched ones that don’t open as fully or as large. Wrong vase AND at an hour before the funeral, it was STILL not ready!!! On top of all that the church that my oldest sister belongs to sent flowers through them that didn’t get there until almost everything was over several hours later! They even fought with me not realizing I bought the premium version which to them still looked like a joke to me! DONT USE THESE PEOPLE/Business!!!
Learn some basics on-line instead and just do it yourself!

I placed an order several days before it was to be delivered. Before the delivery date I discovered the recipient would be out of town, so I emailed the store and called them MULTIPLE times over several days to reschedule the delivery date, but no one ever answered the phone, nor responded to my email. I then received an automatic email saying it was delivered and asking for a review. This is the absolute worst customer service I can imagine. How can a business not ever answer their phone? So now while the recipient is away from her home, I guess the flowers are withering away somewhere and are definitely not being enjoyed by her.

Not only did they not deliver the flowers I paid for. The upgrade with something more then just sunflowers. Then to add to this they didn't put them in the wooded base right so we are 2 days after delivery and 2 of the 6 sunflowers are dead/dying. Even though we have watered them and let it swap out the bottom hole. For $100 I would expect better. And when I reached out on the day of delivery about this issue I got no response at all from the store. Needless to say unless they resolve this with a new arrangement maybe a better one. I would not recommend this company to anyone!!!!!!!

I purchased this for my mothers funeral at Ft. Logan. Blue was her favorite color so I really fell in love with this. I was first contacted & told that they didn't have the blue vase & turned out I wasn't allowed glass at Ft. Logan anyway, so I appreciated them letting me know this as I wasn't aware. I did, however, mention that I really wanted as much of the blue flowers as possible as that was her favorite color. They told me yes, no problem. I was to pick up on a Thursday, after I flew in from Florida. I received 2 messages, while traveling, asking me to come early as he had to leave. I landed approximately 2 hours before he wanted me there. Wasn't going to happen. He offered to leave the bouquet next door; ok. When I picked it up, it didn't have one blue flower in it. It had a few little purple flowers & the rest were white. It was pretty & at that point I had already spent over $60 & her funeral was at 9am the next day, so I did use it but it looked nothing like what I paid for. Was disappointed to say the least. I wasn't offered any discount or money back either, even though I paid for a vase.

Arrangement differed from online photo. Taking into consideration working with what might be on hand. Photo I received did not appear to have any roses. Flowers were dark hues of pink and purple lacking a contrast of floral color variety. Wide versus vertical arrangement. Not light bright and joyful as advertised. The entire experience was awesome! I called a local small business to support locally. Even though I requested a specific date to coincide with a surprise event, you delivered on a different day that spoiled the surprise. Although lovely, the delivery looks *nothing* like the photo. No daisies. No pink roses (coral colored were substituted). A totally different vase. Other than those disappointments, the arrangement was fine. I called to express my disappointment. What I heard was excuses/explanation for why the delivery date was unilaterally changed. Not once did I hear an apology. For all these reasons, I will use a different local florist next time.

Bought flowers for my mom on her bday. Price was decent, but the flowers last 2 days before they were wilting. My dad is a master gardener, they are not ones to neglect flowers. The fact that these kinds of flowers should last at least 5 days in vase or longer, it was severely disappointing. Also, the site had me fill out a greeting card to go with the flowers that was also not received. I reached for an explanation on why my flowers for my mom died so quickly and weeks later, still no response.
Don't think I'll use them again based on that and lack of response. I can pay that amount or less at King Soopers and those flowers last at least a week.

My order was never delivered! I called the day of the delivery to find out what time to expect my order and the woman answering the phone had no idea what was going on. They did not offer a refund, so I asked for one, and she pretended not to understand. Terrible customer service, very unprofessional. Nowhere on the website indicated that it was closed due to COVID, they are processing transactions and taking money as normal and failing to deliver anything. No confirmation emails or communication. I had to find out on the day of and after they took my money. No word on a refund either. Very unhappy.

I placed an order on-line for my daughter's birthday. The flowers that were sent were pretty and arrived on the date with the card I'd requested. However, I had requested an arrangement that featured purple and yellow, complementary colors. The flowers that were used were a few iris (a nice purple and yellow choice), a couple of yellow lilies (large yellow blooms which were ok), and lots of magenta red carnations, white roses with a magenta edge, and a filler flower that was white. I really felt like the spirit of what I had asked for was completely missed. I also did not receive any phone calls to clarify the order. So my daughter thought they were pretty, but I was disappointed as it wasn't really what I asked for.

I ordered the $69.95 Teleflora sunny day pitcher of Daisy’s deluxe premium a few days before my moms birthday. When the day of delivery came she received a very sad bouquet of flowers. What was supposed to be a “premium” bouquet with lots of white Daisy’s and yellow roses was a disappointing small bouquet of just Daisy’s. I was unable to get ahold of anyone by phone to express my concern. I proceeded to email and Facebook message the shop. I did receive a call back saying they would resend the flowers the day after my moms birthday. Later that night I received an email letting me know that I didn’t pay for the premium so I would not receive that. I then emailed back a copy of my receipt as well as a screen shot from the website to show what I paid for. They said they made a mistake on the website but would send out the correct flowers. The next day my mom did receive the flowers. However they were not even close to worth the $70 I paid for them. The roses were tiny and only a few. Two days later and the flowers are already dying. What makes me the most sad was that my mother did not receive the flowers she deserved on her birthday. Although they tried to correct the situation I would’ve appreciated better customer service and more of an effort to deliver beautiful flowers. I unfortunately will not be ordering from here again.

You sent a plain white tea cup and plate. I specifically choose this design because of the tea cup design. Not happy!

Hey Ben, we're sorry that the cup posted on our website was not the exact cup that we used for your arrangement. We apologize for that. However, as the disclaimer on our website and every florist website will let you know that substitution may be made on your arrangement in order that the arrangement be made in a timely manner and delivered on the requested date. We ran out of that cup. We used the closest thing to that as advertised to create the same look and feel and put a few more flowers in the arrangement. I hope you can understand, a small little flower shop wouldn't be able to store all vases and all flowers in all colors at all times. If you ever are set on the exact vase or flowers, please call our shop prior to placing the order to confirm with one of our staff if we have what you're looking for available. We appreciate your business and hope you can understand where we are coming from.

I understand the small print. However a similar item is not a generic Wal-Mart white tea cup that is not even listed on your site. The plate and the cup don't even match, one is white the other is ivory. Similar is a floral print or fancier cup do you not agree. To say you are a small shop and that you can't carry all of the products is of little benefit to me when you advertise a product that is wanted and a lesser quality product is given. The tea cup makes the aranigment! And was the sole reason this particular flower arraignment was selected. More flowers is not as important! You hope I understand? I paid for more flowers remember!! You should see where I am coming from, or do I need to take this to teleflora corporate. I am sure this is not the first time this has happened? Do not advertise a product that you cannot fulfill. And to ask me to call when the whole point is to make it convenient because it is online is a joke! If I had that time I would have gone to your store and bought it myself. Hey here is an idea, maybe you should have better customer service, and if the product that is supposedly out of stock, that is going to be way different then what you are going to send out, maybe you should call the customer and see if they still want it. I could have went to another shop!! Ugh! This is BS.

My order was not delivered when expected, and I was asked to review my order before delivery was actually made. Even my delivery confirmation has the original date as delivered by, when it was delivered a day late. I am out of town, so I have no way of knowing, without ruining the surprise, if it was actually delivered, or if the order was right. My feedback is that I don't trust this company enough to give them return business. My hope is that the flowers were beautiful and arrived to the right place.

I chose Lily flowers because they offered same day delivery at the time I was looking. During the order process there was an automatic countdown that said if I still order within 30 mins they will deliver that day. I did just that. It's the next day now. Flowers still not delivered and I'm receiving an email asking to rate the experience. What a joke. Long story short I needed them delivered yesterday because that's when the person was there. Now it doesn't matter.

It was a surprise delivery and Lily Flowers ensured that it was still a surprise despite having some issues finding the apartment. The delivery person was nice and courteous. I ordered flowers from Lily Flowers to get delivered to my mom on mother's day and she absolutely loved the flowers and smiley face mug that the flowers came in. She thought they were so bright and cheery and it really made her happy to receive the flowers. I looked at a lot of different flower shops online and Lily Flowers was cheaper but still just as nice as other shops in the area.
