Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (316) 821-9634, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (316) 821-9634 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

The arrangement had only the bottom rows of roses in the photo. There were no vertical extensions as in the photo, making the arrangement just a flat rose look. I added the enhancement upgrade price and three pink peonies were added which didn’t look good plus dropped petals all over. Will not be using Lilies again.

I have previously used a different business for my flower deliveries. The last time I ordered was in August for my wife's birthday. I specifically gave them a window of time to NOT deliver because her office was going out for lunch to celebrate her birthday. What did they do? They showed up right at noon while her office was closed. When I complained, they didn't even bother to send a reply. Thus, I found you and will never order from the other business again.
I fully understand that you cannot guarantee a time. However, please pay more attention if the customer provides a window of time. I specifically said between 11-2 would be best based upon her schedule. I ended up stopping by the store at 2:15 to check on her order. My concern was that her office was closing at 3 pm. Now, you were very nice and helpful, which was appreciated. However, I was told at 2:30 that her office was the next stop. Her office was already closed and the door locked when the delivery arrived. Your delivery person had to knock on the door. The only reason that my wife was still there was because they had a client show up late in the day, which normally doesn't happen on a Friday.

I got a chance to see the flowers at the viewing today and I was quite embarrassed. The flowers are in an ugly brown basket and placed haphazardly amongst some kind of green plant. I expected them took more like the photo, nicely bunched together in a white ceramic vase.

Had the best experience with Lilie's ––my mom absolutely LOVED them! While I wasn't able to get the peony bouquet (they called me immediately after I placed my order and informed me that they had just sold out), they recommended various flowers for a custom bouquet and were very attentive to my recommendations based on my mom's preferences. The ordering process was easy and straight-forward. I first requested the bouquet be delivered on a weekend day. The same day I ordered I received a phone call from Lilie’s letting me know a certain variety of flower for the bouquet would arrive after the weekend, and I was offered to use different flowers or wait to have the bouquet delivered a few days later when the original flower variety would be in store. To be very honest, I ordered online. They had a good selection to choose from, the pricing seemed to be in line with other shops and the delivery was completed the next day. I did not speak with anyone from the shop and I never saw the flowers that were delivered.....to know if they looked anything like the picture. The person I sent them to said they were huge....that's all I have to go off of. I can't give 4 or 5 stars when I didn't work with them directly or see the product, but from my online experience....it was good.

Ordered the Aphrodite for my fiancé for Valentines. The picture on the website was the “standard” size and I figured I would upgrade to the “deluxe” size. However when it was delivered, the flowers she received were actually smaller than the standard size and far more lackluster than the sample photo. I emailed the company back with photos of what I should have gotten compared to what was delivered. I had even called the shop that day to express my dismay and the associate said they would call back and never did. Would not recommend anyone to get flowers from here.

We had asked in a special note with the order if the flowers be sent at 9:00 am on October 10th at Bakers Funeral Home because the funeral service was to start at 10:00 am and they didn’t get there until 10:30am. We were pretty disappointed that they were not there on time but I guess we managed without them for the funeral service but it could of been better service from Lilies.

I ordered the deluxe arrangement and was charged for the deluxe but when I got the confirmation receipt it showed it was a standard arrangement and not deluxe. I went to the hospital to see my sister and saw the arrangement. I was very disappointed. It wasn't near the size as presented here in the picture and for that kind of money I felt like I did not get my money's worth. I would not recommend you to anyone unless you make this right with me. I ordered 10 days in advance and selected for them to be delivered to my mothers house on May 14th as I live out of state and would not be able to pick up. My mom sent me a picture of the flowers to tell me thank you when they were delivered Saturday May 13th at 10am with no notification to me. Luckily my parents were at home for the delivery as they were getting ready to leave to go see family. Later that day at 4pm I got 3 emails from Lilie’s flower shop with an update to my order stating they were going to be delivered on May 13th, after they had already been delivered, and that there would be some changes due to floral supply but if there was something I wanted to call and let the team know. Well there was no way I could do that as the delivery had already happened at 10am that day. All in all the flowers were not what I had ordered, I received no notification or communication of delivery changes and delivery was rude to my father when they were brought stating they don’t work on Sundays so why would the delivery be scheduled for then. I am very frustrated to have spent good money on such a bad experience and will be making sure to tell my friends and family so the same thing does not happen to them.

Did not receive even close to this picture. Looked like some one just threw some tulips in a vase and delivered. There was NO greenery! No filler in any way! I ordered 10 tulips got 8. Very disappointed.

My wife never received her flowers and the sent me an email stating that they were delivered. I did receive a call stating the business was closed so apparently they did try but to say it was delivered had me confused. I am very disappointed they could not deliver the flowers in a timely manner to avoid this issue. Next time I'll just save the delivery fee and just pick them up myself. I have not had any issues when I pick them up myself and would still recommend their flowers just not their delivery

When I saw the picture of the Enchanted Cottage bouquet, I knew it was the perfect choice for my sister. Not knowing this florist in Wichita, I ordered and hoped for the best. I asked for delivery the same day but what I got was delivery the same HOUR! That has NEVER happened for me-with any florist! I was absolutely bowled over. My sister sent me a thank you text exactly one hour after I ordered. I purchased these flowers for my partner’s grandpa’s funeral. While the flowers were lovely I did not receive what is pictured.
If the shop could not make what was pictured I would have appreciated someone contacting me before hand to let me know that what I ordered couldn’t be done. I am very disappointed.

I paid for the premium bouquet because I figured the standard one wouldn't live up to the picture. And when the flowers got to my girlfriend they didn't look anything like the picture was missing the white daisy's (her favorite flower) and they were already dying. It wasn't an awful boutique but definitely didn't leave a good taste in my mouth. But the delivery was great and the note card was cute. All in all the experience was OK just over priced for what I got, I could have gone to Walmart and got a few of the 5 dollar bouquets and probably gotten a similar look

the flowers lacked aestheics and could be arranged better. It looked like a bunch of flowers thrown together without much thoughts. Plus it's lacking a lot of layers. For this price I would expect a better arrangement.

One of the reasons this arrangement caught my eye was the beautiful blue vase and blue flowers. Blue is my brothers favorite color so I thought that would put a big smile on his face. The flowers arrived, they are beautiful, but the vase was clear so it didn't stand out as much as the pictured arrangement. I gave it four stars due to that. Otherwise, the picture he sent me of the flowers he received looks wonderful. I also want to thank Lilies for the email stating they had been delivered. Wonderful customer service.

The flowers delivered look nothing like the photo - the vase is different (ugly) as are the flowers and the shape of the arrangement. I am going to contact the recipients and ask if they can bring it by to be changed for something close to the photo. They live near your location. I decided to shop local for this arrangement and am disappointed. I could send a photo if that would help. I believe in commending good service and products - I also believe in letting a business know when they have missed the mark.

I spent $60 to have an arrangement delivered to my friend whose husband just passed away. She sent me a picture of the delivery and I was mortified because it literally looked like someone just stuffed flowers in a vase. I was embarrassed and sad for my friend because I just wanted to cheer her up. It angered me that I spent that much money on flowers only to have my friend have to rearrange the bouquet to make it look decent. I only received a $10 refund so I will not be using this business again.

I have never ordered flowers from Lilies so when I purchased online, I called to verify my order was received and also asked if they could deliver it before the funeral. I was told “nope, we don’t do that” multiply times and in an attitude no one should have to deal with the loss of a loved one. She called back to apologize which I appreciated, but still was not impressed about our first interaction.

Ordered flowers to be delivered to my wife and was thinking wow can’t believe they offer delivery on the holidays because on their web page it showed delivery available that day and showed that they were open for business…but after placing a very expensive order I received a phone call and the lady said they weren’t open but that they could deliver it the following day. I told them to cancel and that she wouldn’t be there. If you are going to run a business make sure your website reflects holidays so no one can place an order only to be inconvenienced. Got an email at 10:30 am of the day they were delivered saying that they were delivered handed to my sister by the driver and signed for at 4pm so that was weird tried calling the store for over an hour to try and get an explanation on why they hadn’t been delivered yet when they said they did! No answer at all sent an email with confirmation number no response or apologies very poor communications but very nice flowers that were finally delivered a few hours later!!

The floral spray was delivered on day requested for funeral service following day. However, the floral arrangment was beautiful, some flowers were already wilting. That kind of was disappointing, as all other bouquets & arrangments from other shops looked fresh & vibrant. Also, I went into the shop to check on my order to make sure everything was okay, the lady at the counter was rude to customers, she didn't belong up at the front desk, or that could turn customer away.
