Flower Arrangements for Events Policy Booking and Deposit Booking Confirmation: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total flower arrangement cost is required to confirm your booking. This deposit secures your event date and covers initial preparation costs. Final Payment: The remaining balance is due two weeks before the event date. If the final payment is not received by this date, Life That Blooms reserves the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit. Design and Substitution Policy Design Approval: All flower arrangement designs must be approved by the client at least one month before the event date. Any changes requested after this date may incur additional charges. Flower Substitution: Due to the nature of fresh flowers and their seasonal availability, Life That Blooms reserves the right to make substitutions with flowers of equal or greater value without prior notice to the client. We will strive to maintain the overall look and feel of the arrangement as closely as possible. Postponement and Cancellation Postponement: Written notice is required at least 7 days before the original event date for any postponement. The new event date must be within 6 months of the original date. A postponement fee of 20% of the total flower arrangement cost will be applied to cover additional handling and storage costs. If fresh flowers have already been ordered or prepared, an additional fee will be charged for the cost of new flowers for the rescheduled event. Cancellation: Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event will result in the loss of the deposit. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event will result in a charge of 75% of the total flower arrangement cost. Force Majeure Life That Blooms is not liable for events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, severe weather, or other emergencies that may cause the event to be postponed or canceled. In such cases, Life That Blooms will work with the client to reschedule the event to a mutually agreed date within 6 months, with any additional costs being the responsibility of the client. Delivery and Setup Delivery: Delivery times will be confirmed one week before the event. Life That Blooms will ensure timely delivery of all flower arrangements to the event location. Setup: Our team will handle the setup of flower arrangements at the event location. Any delays caused by the client or venue may result in additional charges. Client Responsibility: It is the client's responsibility to ensure that the venue is accessible and ready for setup at the agreed-upon time. Preservation and Care Care Instructions: Life That Blooms will provide care instructions for maintaining the freshness and appearance of the flower arrangements throughout the event. Client Responsibility: Once delivered and set up, the client is responsible for the care and maintenance of the flower arrangements. Life That Blooms is not responsible for any damage or wilting caused by improper handling or environmental conditions at the event location. Liability Life That Blooms is not responsible for any damage or loss of flower arrangements once they have been delivered and set up at the event location. Any claims or disputes regarding the flower arrangements must be made in writing within 24 hours of the event. Agreement By booking flower arrangements with Life That Blooms, the client agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this Flower Arrangements for Events Policy.
