The flowers were delivered same day and they were beautiful!! Bright and big, worth the cost.
I just saw the arrangement at the wake I sent them to, not fresh looking flowers. I am disappointed at what you sent, brown edged flowers were not what I expected for my upgraded order
Recipient mentioned that the floral arrangement was "just beautiful". Delivery was scheduled a few days in advance and completed on time, as well. Very satisfied with the service!

Seamless experience from ordering online, a phone call from Licari to let me know that they were going to substitute some of the flowers and would need to deliver the arrangement to the leasing office. Great communication, a beautiful arrangement and timely delivery. Super satisfied and would use Licari Floral again!
I sent this bouquet to a friend while she was recovering from a car accident. She said they were absolutely beautiful.
The shop called me to advise some substitutions would be required; asked what I liked and created a bouquet that was nicer than the original order — the recipient sent a photo of it. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately the arrangement that arrived to the recipient was nothing like the picture on the website. The presentation was very disappointing, the arrangement was lopsided and the flowers used to substitute could have been chosen more carefully. I wish the florist would have called/communicated to discuss flower choices if they did not have in stock what was requested but instead they just charged my card and delivered subpar flowers. I really wish I could upload pictures here so you can see. Please do better.

Excellent experience. After I ordered online for same day delivery, I got a call from the owner to explain that some of the flowers in picture are not in season. He went over the arrangement and what he could do. The arrangement was actually more beautiful then what I had ordered. My friend received her birthday flowers a few later. The arrangement that arrived looks NOTHING like the image. It contains different flowers and cheap daisies, even after ordering the "Premium" arrangement. Would NOT recommend Licari. I am embarrassed that someone would think I chose such an arrangement.
The bouquet is nice, but the "Premium" version looks no different than the "Standard" which is $20 less. I feel like I just paid more for the same thing.

The flowers that were advertised were not available. The had to substitute other flowers for the arrangement which I didn’t think was as pretty. I feel there should have been a statement in the advertisement stating that during the holiday season, certain flowers may not be available. I would have known a head of time and ordered something different. They did call after the flowers were to be delivered to let me know they didn’t have the arrangement I wanted but that didn’t help me out after I already ordered and expected them to be delivered.
The flowers I picked were amazing. They looked just like the photo on the website. The arrangement was for my best friend’s grandmother’s funeral. What I enjoyed the most is the handwritten card. I will definitely do recommend this business to my friends.

Due to weather and other factors, JP didn't have tulips in the day I ordered, but he called me to offer a few solutions, and find my preferences in case of a need to substitute while at the wholesalers the next morning. He was not only able to find a lighter shade of purple tulip, but also a dark purple vase and ribbon to adorn it. I wanted tulips specifically for a sympathy arrangement because they represent deep abiding love, and the purple to represent Alzheimer's awareness, in honor of my friends grandfather. JP not only met, but exceeded my expectations, delivering on schedule, and having hand written my card. My friend was touched, and I was very appreciative of the extra effort. Would definitely recommend working with JP.

Flowers were delivered one day earlier then requested. Didn’t look like website example, too many flowers but no forget me knots like in picture. Not a great balance of colors!

I had a perfect experience at Licari! I originally ordered flowers online for next day home delivery. The person I was sending flowers to ended up not getting released from the hospital for another week. I was in touch with the owner of the shop and he was super flexible and held onto the order until she was eventually released. When she finally was home to receive her arrangement it looked beautiful just like the picture. I highly recommend!

The arrangement delivered did not look as nice as this photo Wish I could upload what was actually delivered so that you can judge for yourself! The vase was smaller, flowers were interchanged (lots of daisies were used), it didn't look like flowers were necessarily "arranged" as much as just put in the vase. They did delivery same day and as it was for an unexpected death of a family member it was nice they were able to deliver in this window of time.
It doesn't even get a Star !!! Her flowers dead the next day. What a waste of $ never again will I order for you !

Worst experience. Zero costumer service; flowers were not delivered on the day requested, even though they were ordered 6 days in advance (by the way, an apology would be nice); emailed MULTIPLE times without ever receiving a response. In addition, I called MANY times with no answer. I finally decided to redial over and over again to see if someone WOULD actually answer...funny how that worked. It’s also quite funny that flowers were magically delivered, a day late, and only AFTER I contacted an agency to notify them of this complete scam. No one should order from here, especially if they care about the recipient of the flowers. If this is a legitimate business, I am even more appalled - this is not how a business should act. Absolutely terrible. I was forced to choose the one star. They don't deserve any.

The flowers were pretty but I upgraded to the deluxe but I didn't feel the order reflected the upgrade. It didn't look like a $72 bouquet to me. The flowers that were delivered were fresh and lovely just not what I had envisioned for the deluxe order.
