ABOUT THE STORE
Levittown Florist & Flowers by Phil
Opened in 1960 by Phillip J. Heron, still family owned and serving the Levittown area. Phil was the very first homeowner of Levittown, purchasing the first William Levitt house, just off Hempstead Tpke. While we do not still retain ownership, our commitment to the local community has not changed. The shop is currently run by Phil's nephew, Robert and his family. We make all types of arrangements, retail catalog items, custom arrangements, sympathy and funeral pieces, etc. Have a question or concern, please contact us, and we will see how to help your situation to the best of our ability. Same day cut-off time is 1pm (EST), for Internet orders. If you still need for same day after that time, please call us and we can discuss possibilities. (The holiday week same day cut-off time is 2am). Our website will only accept orders for towns that we regularly service. If you need something for outside our normal area, give us a call and we can see if we can deliver it or forward your order to a closer shop to fulfill. (We scale back towns for the major holiday weeks).

I ordered the premium. The photo the recipient sent does not look as nice as the photo on the website. Some substitutions were made, which I understand can happen depending on the availability of blooms, but the arrangement as delivered was not as pretty and had fewer flowers than the photo. Instead there is a large lavender bow taking up a bit of space. Although the arrangement as delivered is pretty, it is not as nice as what I expected and doesn’t seem worth the price I paid.

My mother just sent me a picture of the flowers she received and they were nothing like what I ordered. I ordered red and white flowers in a red vase for Valentine’s Day. She received pink flowers in a clear vase. While I know substitutions are possible, the color of the flowers matter on certain holidays. Very disappointed in receiving something that does not resemble my order at all.

AMAZING service all around! Beautiful flower bouquets, and amazing delivery service! My mom saw an older man on the Ring camera, and was surprised that way. The bouquet I ordered is called Beautiful in Blue. The arrangement that was delivered to my daughter is mostly purple/lavender. The big, cheap looking, blue gift wrap bow stuck in it doesn’t make the arrangement look any more blue. I’m disappointed that it really doesn’t come close to looking like the blue arrangement I based my order on. I wanted my daughter to have a blue flower vase for the new house she moved into two days ago in Levittown. Not too impressed. But it was delivered on time & hopefully the flowers will open nicely.

So to be very honest I ordered 18 pastel roses the arrangement that my friend received for her bday was not that at all there were 3 roses in the entire arrangement . Very annoyed but due to the pandemic I will not make a bigger issue than need be because there are more important things. First of let me just say how in love my mom was with the beautiful flower bouquet. We surprised her for Easter and she has never seen a more beautiful bouquet. The service was phenomenal. They took care of my order first thing in the morning and delivered them early. I did not see the flowers, but heard they were lovely.
