Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (773) 723-6579, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (773) 723-6579 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

The floral arrangement that you delivered looked nothing like the advertised Pure Elegance that I ordered… the add on chocolates were Fanny Mae 4.6 oz. 9 piece chocolate box versus what your advertised add on Russell Stover’s 12 oz 21 piece chocolate box which is what you charged me for. Not Happy With Order at All!!! How are you going to Handle this Discrepancy?? Shall I stop payment or are you going to correct the order?

The orchid was totally NOT what I ordered. I had noted on the order that if the florist had to substitute the lavender orchid to please contact me first. They did not. I also asked to text me a pic of the order. They did not! Whoever answers the phone was rude when I complained. They said I could get my money back since I wasn't satisfied, I said I would call back first thing in the morning to speak with the manager. Now no one is picking up the phone.

Ordered a corsage and boutonnière for my son’s prom 2 days prior, online and paid. Went to pick up and it was not ready. I was told 20 minutes. However, several customers came in to pick up their orders who ordered the same day and orders were ready. My order was thrown together. I will not order from them again.

The final arrangement was excellent. Things started a little rocky because they didn't have the flowers I originally ordered and I had to select a new arrangement. Wasn't what I wanted, but it turned out great. In addition, Omar (driver) was amazing. My recipient wasn't available and Omar called and gave me options. He went out of his way to make the delivery. When not possible, he took the flowers back to the shop and delivered them the next day. He was great at communication both days. I truly appreciated his grace and compassion. What a great example of customer service that goes above and beyond.

The arrangement I ordered for over $70 was supposed to be 10 1/2”x10 1/2”. What arrived fit in the palm of my hand! So embarrassed. Wanted to tell recipient it really WAS over $70! Was not a $15-20 arrangement as it appeared.

I was in bind to find something for a family friend @ the last minute. I called a number thinking it was a different shop and low behold I reached the shop right down the street from the funeral home. I placed an order for Valentine’s Day, my wife came back empty handed that night. I’m extremely disappointed how they handled the situation and I gave them 3xs to redeem themselves and to my surprise nothing has been. My father passed and I contacted Leo's Metropolitan Florist because I've used them previously. I needed two standing sprays instead of a casket spread since my dad was cremated. They made it happen for me. The gentleman arrived on time and set up my flowers in the church. He was very respectful while setting up the flowers. Several people asked for the name of the florist. Once the service was over I took the flowers back to my house and placed them in vases. It's been six days since the service and they are still vibrant. I highly recommend Leo's Metropolitan Florist.

This handbag was bloomin'! I wrote a review on google already, but to recap: I ordered same-day at around 10:30am and received the flowers around 1:15pm. Very impressive! The delivery guy was cool & cordial. My wife LOVED the arrangement and handbag design! I think it's really cute myself! I don't think other people read well, but I read that your store policy is that some arrangements/items may not be an exact match to the display images online; with that in my mind I thought that it might be a huge difference in arrangement— NOT AT ALL!!! The bouquet looks nearly identical to the online image! The flowers were fragrant, fresh and vibrant! I definitely recommend this florist and I will be ordering (or visiting the store) again!

I ordered flowers for my Aunt who is in the hospital. I told them I wanted the Designer's Choice arrangement in the $100 range (something nice). I received a picture of the flowers and the arrangement was very sparse with only about 5 roses and 5 lilies and a few other "filler" flowers. I'm very disappointed in the amount of flowers I received for the money. I would've paid more had I known it would look like a cheap arrangement from the grocery store!!

The recipient for my latest order was so pleased she sent a picture of the Groovy arrangement. To my surprise, the flowers looked better than the advertised picture. Excellent! The recipient did not receive the order. It’s marked as hand delivered, but a day later and flowers are still not present. Instructions were given to leave at 24 hour front desk that has a security guard. Guard says no floral delivery occurred.

The flowers are beautiful and arranged beautifully. Delivered yesterday, and this morning, the tall skinny leafy greens, 2 of them are wilted. I pulled one out, it was very dry at the bottom. Found out, they are planted in sponge. Maybe if I was told instructions to water them when received they would still be fresh/alive.

The flowers are gorgeous and my daughter loves them! I would have given four stars except I tried calling late afternoon as my daughter hadn't received the flowers yet for her birthday. No one answered and the voice mail is full. This was an online order. The flowers were delivered about 7:30 pm while she was out, which was okay. To their credit, they left the flowers at her door (per instructions, she's in an apt.) and took a photo and sent it to her. She was so excited!

One of the plants that we received was muddy. The ribbon was wrinkled as if it had been wet and had the mud dried. It was mud and not dirt. And this isn’t acceptable.
I called and the clerk named Diamond from Leo’s at 407 E. 71st St., in Chicago, mentioned that she would contact the manager and see if we could get a refund. That was on January 24.

Despite me telling her that it has not always been that way, she insisted that it has and would not send me a confirmation. At any rate, I waited until the next day. The funeral services were from 11-1pm. I did not received the confirmation until approximately 1:00pm. This gave me a very bad and disappointed feeling that the flowers had not been delivered until after the services. I have no way of knowing. I used this florist a few times and came back again because I was pleased with their services. But now that I have no way of knowing if my order has been received, processed or even delivered until AFTER the event is over, I will look for another florist. It just makes no sense at all.

The arrangement arrived in PERFECT timing. I am so grateful. However, I wasn't happy about the handwritten note because the writer made the letter "b" look like the letter "f" and it took a while trying to decipher the message. Maybe using a typewriter or printing directly onto a label would have been a better option. The ribbon was beautiful. Oh, the color of the "lilac" flower was not "lilac". It was somewhere between mauve and a weird pink. No one could tell the default, but as the purchasing customer, one would like to receive what we are told would be coming.

I searched the internet for last minute sympathy flowers and a plant, guessing I could not get a 1:00pm delivery on short notice. I called at 10am. The deceased favorite color was blue. I ordered this plant for my Director's family as they lost their beloved family member. Out of the three plants I ordered this one was not delivered to the funeral home as scheduled. I contacted the florist and was told the delivery driver broke the plant, but driver neglected to inform them until they called to inquire. I was not notified until I called the florist several times on the day of the funeral. The manager assured me that he would reorder and to let him know where to deliver it. I gave him the address and as of the time of writing this review (2:06p.) it still has not been delivered, nor have I received a call to say delivery has been delayed.

I was very disappointed in these flowers unfortunately. I sent these to a co-worker who lives in Chicago. These were for a newborn baby boy and I paid $125 not including tax and delivery and got blue roses, white lily, and white hydrangea the arrangement looks to be the most at $50. I called to have a spray for my mother's casket which cost $260.00. When I got to the funeral service I did not have a spray. I had a horrible stand of flowers that looked like a 2 year old put together. I called the store and was told it was a mistake, I was charged $260.00 for some crappy flowers. I was not offered a partial refund or compensation for a mistake that was made by the person who took my order. I will never do business with Leo's again, nor will I recommend their service. I was so disappointed.

I called Leo floral arrangements one day before my employees mothers services, all was finalized the night before. Leo’s wasted no time, assured me they had what I was requesting and they would deliver at the exact time I needed early the next morning, other online places wouldn’t assure me my time would be met. The peace lily was the best looking plant there I must say, the size being large for $95 with tax and delivery was well worth it. However, they did not arrive as pictured and blue roses were substituted for the purple irises which I think look tacky. I also paid for the most expensive upgrade but the bouquet arrived looking even smaller than what was pictured. If I order again I will temper my expectations and won’t splurge for an upgrade.

The container for the flowers was not the container from the picture. The balloon I ordered was "I Love You" and the balloon they delivered was "Thinking about you". Huge difference I'm not happy about. If you don't have something I've purchased, at least call and let me know. I specifically said to replace the white flowers with blue flowers or any other colored flower because white is bad luck and symbolizes death in our culture. I sent the bouquet to my mother for her birthday and more than half the bouquet was filled with white flowers. The picture on the website didn’t even show that many white flowers. Awful. Local florist never answered a single email, and only about 1 out of 30 or so attempts at a call (my much preferred method of comms). Vox mailbox full, so couldn't even leave a message. Very important because I had to fix a mistake in the address. Driver didn't follow my very specific delivery instructions either. The flower arrangement was very nice. However, a critical part of the experience is to receive the flowers at work in front of your coworkers to be admired and appreciated. Leo’s Metropolitan Florist failed at this, even after my request to deliver by noon. Although they called the recipient and delivered the arrangement to her home later that day, the experience was less than desirable. I ordered the deluxe arrangement for the “Hello love” bouquet. What was received appeared to be a standard arrangement. After I called Mr. Mark to let him know that my order was delivered out of SPECIFICATION he sent me a mail that the order has been updated. The updated delivery was to be made on the 15th February.
