|When I received a photo of the item that was delivered, I saw that it was different. I called the number of the florist and she said yes it was not the same vase and not the same flower arrangement .... she said that the website was going to be updated and did not have the correct photo ... and she stated ,yes ,she should have called me ahead to let me know.

The arrangement that was delivered was lovely but not what I had wanted. I wish I could add a photo here of the two items...

|I called the flower shop to complain and was told another bouquet will be delivered at no cost due to their mistake. The second bouquet came after 13 pm though I clearly asked for it to be delivered before 10:30 am since the recipient was leaving.
Waste of money, don’t even bother ordering from them cause they neither read requests nor bother about the delivery dates and times.

|I just received a call from my fiancé and asked me if I ordered flowers. At this point I’m assuming she received them but she didn’t. Apparently she received a call from either Bloom Nation or the flower shop telling her that her flowers cannot be delivered to Burbank!
First of all, this was so suppose to be a surprise (OBVIOUSLY) so why would anyone call her instead of me and speak to me about the issue?! Your business is all about surprises and you ruined that for her and for me.
Second of all, why couldn’t this be delivered? They called her saying we can’t deliver to Burbank. Why? Why couldn’t this issue be raised earlier today or even yet, when I placed the order! And again, why ask her?! It’s suppose to be a surprise.
I ordered these flowers through Bloom Nation because someone spoke very highly of it. I could have easily gone to 1-800 flowers.
This is poor customer service. I need my flowers and I need all my money back please. You ruined my fiancé’s anniversary surprise.
(This was a complaint I wrote yesterday but nobody ever got back to me)

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
