Substitution Policy
In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Delivery Policy
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.

Website was very simple and easy to use! Helpful customer service. The arrangement was just like the picture and I am so impressed by the look and quality of the arrangement I bought. Also, the note/card that I wanted with my arrangement was hand written which is a simple touch but I thought it made it even more special and personal. Amazing work!

I have never ordered from this flower shop before. I have to say, they listed many floral options and a variety of prices. I ordered the one pictured here and when it was delivered it was exactly like the picture I had seen on line!! It was a Beautiful fresh arrangement and it really encouraged the person I had sent it to. I would definitely use this floral shop again. I am not from Salina so had no idea what the quality of work would be by this florist. The shop was quick to keep me posted on my order and when they had delivered the flowers. I am VERY pleased with my experience with Lauren Quinn Flower Boutique!!! Sharon Topeka
