Substitution Policy
In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Delivery Policy
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.

I live hours away from my daughter, but wanted to send a simple pop of color to cheer her during a difficult time. I reached out to Lakeview and found exactly what I wanted. They even sent a photo of the actual arrangement before delivery, just as though i were there picking it out myself. Delivery was exactly as promised. Lakeview was wonderful to work with.

They couldn't get into the business I had given them the address to deliver the flowers. They called asap to let me know where they left them and seemed very concerned about the delivery and that the person who was supposed to get the flowers got them. Definitely will order from them again.

This was a last minute gift for someone I care about who had just received some bad news. She loves Gerber Daisies and when I saw this arrangement I knew she would love it; and she did. Your online ordering was very user friendly and even though on the delivery instructions you indicated that would try to deliver them when I requested but you could not be sure. The arrangement was delivered within 2 hours of when I wanted sooo thank you, thank you, thank you. I would recommend you to everyone who needs flowers/gifts. Thank you again!
