The bouquet was horrible! I asked for white flowers with a hint of pink...she made the bouquet up of pink and lavender flowers, and it had an odd shape to it. This wowan showed me pictures of different bouquets; I showed her what would be the most appropriate bouquet; even after I showed her what I desired, she didn't even come close to what I requested...
I was so hurt! She is sooooo fortunate that I wasn't the one who picked up those flowers. It was horrible looking!!!

Another beautiful arrangement by Dan and his team at LakeRidge Florist. I ordered 5-dozen roses and the night before delivery, he called and recommended he deliver given the heft and size of the arrangement vice my picking them up. I no longer live in the area and sometimes it’s difficult to know how the flower arrangement may look. They took pictures of the arrangement and emailed to me. The staff was kind but the corsage that I picked up today was not like the picture that I sent them before I ordered. When I asked why it did not match the picture they responded that the designer thought the four roses was better for the fit of the wrist. I was so pleased to find a florist close to my home and one I could visit in person. Lakeridge Florist is the one I was able to visit. The owner was so nice. I had picked out a beautiful plant in the store. I wanted it delivered that day. The kind lady showed me the ribbons I could pick from to add to the plant. Easily ordered over the phone. They had exactly what I wanted and delivered it within a couple hours. The delivery driver called me to say that no one came to the door when he knocked so he left the plant at the door and asked me to notify the recipient.
