I chose the premium-florist choice package. I needed an alternative to my typical flower delivery method since I was out of town for mother's day. Overall, they did a great job. The delivery process was smooth. They kept me updated and were very clear when they were delivering. It was kept a surprise up until the moment it was being handed to her. She loved the flowers and was very pleased. She was happy and that's all I care about.

Extra: Personal opinions... Delivery, again, amazing. From the time placing the order, to the time it was handed over. Quality of the flowers, however, great when they arrived, but most died about 4 to 5 days from delivery... Size, I felt it to be a little on the small side, for the price. But maybe that was just the mother's day "fee".

To reiterate, these are just my personal opinions. I still feel like my expectations were met: To get them delivered in time with care and to have her be surprised and happy. Which she was. Thank you.

Great product, great service. The arrangement was just "as seen" on their website. I appreciate the delivery notifications. Nothing can relieve heartbreak but this arrangement was more than fit for the occasion, fresh, crisp, and done with attention to detail. It's the second time we've asked Lake Worth Florist to provide flowers for a funeral and work such as this is why we went back the second time. They are reliable in providing high quality arrangements and they carefully monitored delivery so it's on-site and on-schedule. That is exactly what we needed most in our hour of sadness since we were ordering from 1,300 miles away. We're thankful and Lake Worth Florist is highly recommended.

The arrangement that I purchased and had delivered looked like it was in an accident. The arrangement was lopsided. If looked as though who ever made it didn't know flower design. I will definitely have to reconsider before ordering more flowers.

Hello, we spoke with you about this arrangement over the phone. We have a picture of it and it seems like 2 roses shifted upon delivery, but it was still a gorgeous arrangement overall. The two Roses could have easily been moved over to please the eye better. I want to mention that you said that there was nothing wrong with the roses, and from what we can see there wasn't. Flowers have a mind of their own, and go where they want to go no matter how much you design them.

The staff at Lake Worth Florist create lovely displays. I have received and have given flowers and the arrangements were thoughtful and creative.

The next delivery day on my last order was the day after I needed it to be delivered. I included a message asking if there was any way to deliver the same day - they did and did not disappoint. The arrangement was lovely.

While, I realize this cannot be accomplished with every request, it was sure nice that they were able to accommodate this one.

I loved arrangement when I saw it. I originally didn't see arrangement at the funeral home. I called the florist & said I didn't see arrangement. They told me arrangement was delivered to funeral home., but if they weren't at funeral service funeral home would have to refund my $. I did see a picture & arrangement was at service, but it was so small that it was unnoticed. I paid for largest form of arrangement but, this arrangement is very small. It was sitting close 5x7 picture frames & went unnoticed. We were very disappointed as it was an arrangement given from 3 couples. Don't pay extra for this beautiful arrangement. It is very small not much bigger than a 5x7 picture frame in height or width.

We were very helpful with your requests Denise. We called the funeral home and asked where it was when you said it was not there, which they had put it at the sign in table. There's an area on our website that shows whether or not it's small/medium/large arrangement with this particular arrangement showing that it's small. It is not something that is typically sent to a service, and we could have explained that to you, but you did order online. We have many options on our website under the "Sympathy" tab to order arrangements that are larger for services. Your arrangement was a premium, and it was made larger - we even explained to you what extra flowers we put in it. If you had any other issues, you could have mentioned it while we were on the phone. Yes, you're correct. The arrangement that you ordered from our website was small as it was a cube arrangement. When ordering online it shows if an arrangement is small, medium or large. Which this arrangement shows up as "Small". We could have accommodated you by making something larger if you called us or if chose a different arrangement in that price range.

The arrangement that I saw online was beautiful! The one that was delivered was so bad! But I will say that when I called they did say that they could pick up the flowers and redo them. But I said no. I just don’t like the fact that she got very defensive when I called. If I could I would summit a photo to show what was delivered! I would make sure to pick your order up in person to see if it is actually what you want!!!

The Designer who just happens to be the manager (Designer of 22 years) created that very arrangement, and she made the order herself. The picture that you received came from our Delivery Driver who unfortunately is not a professional photographer. We did try to solve this issue for you by replacing it with another design, but like you said you didn't want to do that. $90 for a small peace Lilly in a upgraded pot. I have one just like it my kitchen window that costs me a total of $27. ($16.99 for the plant & $9.99 for the white ceramic planter). I purchased a deluxe peace Lilly with upgraded container, but that is NOT what was delivered. It’s actually embarrassing. I wanted a nice size peace Lilly for my niece and her husband but I got a tiny, tabletop plant. After visitation I wanted to see the plant I sent so I immediately noticed the large one (like I ordered) but the card was from my sister, so I looked around and saw this small little thing across the room, and yep…it was from me. I was so embarrassed and disappointed. I told my sister what I paid for mine and asked what she paid….she paid $10 less which she should have since she didn’t buy the upgraded planter. I got hosed. I’ll never order from you again. I’ll stick to Bice or Boswell where you get what you order.

I ordered what seemed to be from the picture online a nice floral arrangement for my grandpa’s funeral that with delivery and taxes cost me of total of $259. It arrived with a carnation already missing and did not look like the picture on the website whatsoever. The arrangement looked like it had came from a dollar store. The arrangement I received was no where near worst $259 and I was ripped off. By the time of the funeral even more carnations were falling off and the ones remaining were already wilting. Do yourself a favor and find another florist!!

Website photo did not accurately depict my order. I clicked on the all white sympathy spray with the “designers choice”. My perception of that was it would be all white with the designer choosing the white flowers available. We did not want red and yellow next to his silver blue casket. I placed order at 10:30am and got conformation that order was paid and placed. 5:00pm come along and i get we’re sorry we didn’t get your order until now will deliver it on the 14th. Lake Worth businesses have been having issues due to the construction and our system was down. Our online placement is done through a 3rd party server which is why you immediately received the message saying that the order was confirmed. The order came through our system as we were closing for the day along with several other orders. We immediately been calling and explaining what had occurred but were unable to reach you. Your order was $122 total, the total cost of your selected items before tax, delivery, and a tip - meaning that it only added up to $90. If you had ordered from 1-800-flowers then you would have received a low quality product that is shipped in a box and does not last nearly as long as our locally grown stock. We of course are very sorry that this system error occurred but cannot control technology and made every effort to get into contact with you by calling and sending a written message through the ordering site. Hope that you have a great rest of your day and will allow us other chances to create your floral needs to the satisfactions of our other customers!

The arrangement you picked out is a medium size all the way around arrangement & was not small. The ribbon that we used for your arrangement is peach sheer & not pink. "Southern Charm" is a very popular arrangement & makes a beautiful display.

It was an easy online order. I made a mistake on the greeting card on what I wrote, when they emailed conformation I replied back with my change asking to please let me know you got it or I'd call. Very disappointed in our arrangement. When we arrived Friday morning majority of the flowers were welted and dead. We will never use your business again as it was an embarrassment to see the arrangement the way it looked for the money we paid.

We delivered the standing easel in the afternoon to the funeral home so it would be there by 10am on the next day as requested. The easel was designed like the picture & we added more roses for the DELUXE design. Daisies, carnations & roses typically last awhile, but there is limited water source for standing easels. If you would have contacted us - we could have replaced the flowers for you. We value our customers and are sorry you were disappointed.

Great customer service from this local florist. After a long day teaching school, and a long Friday night preparing remarks for ANOTHER funeral the next day, I knew I needed to send an arrangement for a friends mother’s service. Tired at ten o’clock on a Friday night, I accidente the ordered the same arrangement twice. I emailed and called and left a message in the answering machine but wasn't sure in this day and age which one they would check. I had about resigned myself to buying two arrangements (and looking like a dumb). At 8:07 AM the next morning Faith called and said she had gotten my message and had already credited the duplicate order. Great personal customer service from Lake Worth Florist.

Love the prompt response and support!

Almost as soon as I placed the order, I was contacted with an alternative as I needed same day delivery. Paten was courteous and explained that the are out of the Rubber Tree Plant and have a gorgeous Fiddler Fig which is in the comparable price range. She also alerted me that the recipient's address is in a mail service building which won't work. I made a quick call and gave her the correct delivery address. And, I received a text of the beautiful plant received within ONE Hour! I was impressed!!

I will definitely order from Lake Worth Florist again should the need arise and highly highly recommend anyone to check them out.

My daughter sent me a picture although beautiful overall the roses were mostly fully bloomed. I would have expected the roses to be fresher with tighter buds to last as long as the rest of the flowers. At this rate the roses will be withering soon.

The online ordering was very convenient. The picture of the flowers was beautiful but the arrangement that was delivered to our daughter in law was not as pretty. I did not like the extra yellow stuff that was with the white daisies and yellow carnations.
They left the delivery across the street from her home. I am glad they neighbors were nice and brought them over. I gave you the phone #. Did they not leave a message they were delivering the flowers?
The flowers were over $50. so I would have expected them to look more like the picture on line.

I do not live in Texas, but attended the funeral for an extremely kind lady who lost her life to cancer that started in her breast. She happened to pass on during October which made the selection of a pink rose heart so appropriate. The arrangement was very well done and the flowers fresh and perfect. Somehow the pink bow was not firmly attached but the expression of love through the large pink heart was apparent to all. Thank You.

The delivery was exceptional, as I received a call when the recipient and adjacent neighbors were not at home and the later delivery was arranged around the recipients schedule after the florist talked to her.
