We are a small, full service shop with big talent and creativity! Our designers are formally trained and have over 35 years of experience. We are passionate about our petals and thrive on personalizing and perfecting each design. We specialize in whatever your floral needs are. From a simple rose bud vase or corsage to party and event pieces; baby and get-well arrangements; green and blooming plants; balloon bouquets; beautiful sympathy expressions; well planned adn executed weddings; as well as high end designs with orchids and protea! We do it all with a smile and will go the extra mile for you. While delivered when promised, I was disappointed when my son sent me a picture of what was received; it looks nothing like what is pictured. For $75 dollars, $90 with tax and delivery, I expected more than one green plant with a kalanchoe. Will not order from this business in the future.

The flowers were very nice. Simply no issues with the quality or the arrangement. The online shopping experience was satisfactory.
The only issue was the delivery. The flowers almost didn't arrive on time for my Wife to get them. Having flowers delivered to her work place should happen early in the day so she can show them to her coworkers, not just as they're closing the doors. The delivery was less than 10 minutes away but it took 6 hours to get delivered.
I will use another florist in the future.

The succulent bowl looked nice. But the price tag was on the bowl. And the price tag on the bowl was around $38; whereas, the purchase price online was $55. Also, it sounded like the bowl was left outside of my wife Beth's place of work (Morries Minnetonka Subaru) when delivered; not delivered to a person to ensure that it got to the recipient. So overall, the delivery could've been handled a lot better.

When I ordered the flowers online, i could not tell that the vase of the arrangement I ordered was a BABY carriage.... the team at the florist read the sympathy card i wrote, and changed out the "new baby vase" and chose a very nice replacement before sending it out. The shop was out of the flowers needed to make this bouquet so asked if they could deliver a day later than I had purchased them for which I agreed was okay knowing this was the look I wanted. I had even paid for the upgrade. When they showed up to my client the following day they looked nothing like the picture or overall theme. They had hot pink flowers, daisy’s, and a random assortment of colors and flowers that weren’t pictured. I know the look can vary slightly but it didn’t remotely resemble the picture. Definitely was not worth the $65...

Let's start with the good - the flowers were lovely.
Not so good....they were NOT delivered the same day as promised. When I called all they did was get defensive and tell me it was really cold in Minnesota. Ya know, wouldn't anyone expect it to be cold in MN in December? Then their delivery service guy called me and "mansplained" to me that it was -14 which is below freezing. Durh. The flowers were delivered a day late and were lovely. But their customer service was horrible. I'd never use them again.

While they weren't able to deliver on requested delivery date, they notified me right away and rescheduled for the very next day. Also, the recipient said she loved her plant and supplied a picture of her gift - it looked very similar to the photo, except the ribbon was missing. Don't know if she removed it.

I was so pleased with this floral shop. I ordered online from out of town and everyone here was so helpful. I called them with questions about delivery times and the floral arrangement, and they were so understanding and helpful. When the vase I ordered was out of stock and they didn't have all of the flowers I wanted, they called me and asked what I preferred instead of just picking their own different flowers and vase. Finally, when I was worried it would look different than I anticipated I asked if there was a way I could see it since I live out of town. So, they happily sent me a picture when it was finished. I am so happy with how the arrangement turned out and with everyone that works here. Thank you!

I placed an order online with a note to notify me when the delivery was completed. The staff called me twice to let me know about each attempt at delivery (the first attempt no one was home to receive the flowers and they didn't want them to be damaged left at the doorstep in the cold). I really appreciated their consideration and communication. The flowers were beautiful and arrived right on time. Thank you so much!
