The only thing I was a little disappointed about was that the arrangement didn’t look quite the same as the photo. I understand that flowers are seasonal, but I would have been happier if the colors were at least closer to those in the photo. Other than that, the person who received the flowers was very happy. I appreciate your effort and dedication.

Simple yellow roses and babies breath. It was amazing and fit my mother to a T. She was our yellow rose of Texas. I went out of my way to order the flowers in person. I was shown an all white arrangement which was beautiful and was to have yellow roses added to the white for a funeral. The flowers sent looked nothing like what I purchased in the shop and were a complete disappointment. I was embarrassed that the family would think I would send such a terrible arrangement. I specifically said no daisies and that was the main part of the arrangement. It looked like a bunch of left over flowers from the week before, absolutely the furthest thing possible from what I ordered in person. I wanted to start using the same florist but sadly I will not be back. You need to delivery what is agreed upon.

The arrangement exceeded my expectations and was more beautiful than the picture online . The floral designer did an amazing job with her creativity in designing this one of a kind arrangement. Completely disappointed. My floral arrangement was for a funeral memorial service at a church. And thou on the website it clearly says time is NOT guaranteed, I called to explain the timeliness of delivery is crucial - and the company said they deliver to this church frequently and understand the situation - it will be no problem. I recently ordered an arrangement for my anniversary, and I have to say that I was extremely disappointed with what I received.The flowers were not arranged as nicely as I had hoped, and some of them were already wilting when they arrived and the vase it came in had nothing to do from what I ordered. The arrangement was delivered on time and the recipient stated that it was beautiful. However, it did not reflect the arrangement I had chosen. It is true that I was contacted and told that they would have to use short-stemmed callas instead of long stemmed, which was fine because I assumed the arrangement would still highlight the callas like the one I had ordered and paid for. It didn’t. It involved many more flowers than I had anticipated; the callas mixed in and blended, unlike the arrangement I had requested. While it was still beautiful and fulfilled the purpose, I was disappointed that I had paid higher-dollar than usual because of the callas, only to have them just be another flower in the arrangement. Had I known, I probably would have gone for a lesser-priced gift and asked to include some callas. Like I said, it still turned out well for the recipient, but I did not feel it was what my money had actually wanted to pay for—it was chosen with the recipient’s style in mind and the result was a very different style—and I had some regrets.

What was delivered was generally in line with the photo of the bouquet we purchased but there were changes, namely to the primary lily bouquet and the number of bright yellow flowers at the bottom which were replaced with white. The communication was good letting us know about the changes to the lillies and the bouquet still came out very pretty! I ordered the roses displayed for my Valentine of 20 years. The flowers and arrangement was beautiful! Actually more beautiful than the picture. We have them on the kitchen table and there is so much height, it reaches up to our chandelier.
One caveat - if getting delivered to a place of business, make sure the receiver knows they are coming. Sometimes if they are delivered to a security or front desk, they may not notify the recipient. This is not the florists fault. it happened to me, so lesson learned!
But overall beautiful design, flowers really firm and healthy, and great price!

We selected the “Sunny Smiles”’for three reasons:

I wanted to order from a florist located near my sister in California. I read reviews of Lake Forest Floral Design then ordered on line from out of state. I received a phone call with a nice message that my order was hand delivered, when and to whom, which was helpful to me.
I also received an email with that information. When talking to my sister I learned that she had received three flower arrangements; mine and two sent from different local florists but that my arrangement was just beautiful and she was so pleased. One of her other arrangements arrived with a broken vase and no card but the arrangement from Lake Forest Floral Design was superb! So glad I found them and am very pleased with the timely manner and beautiful arrangement sent, making this special occasion even more special. Would order again in the future.

Lake Forest Floral Design's web page is very friendly to navigate. Placing an order online is very easy with one exception. It was not clear to me what info was needed for the recipient. I was sending my bouquet to a family at church. Maybe adding another data field would be helpful. Communication is excellent; however, I am unsure if my greeting card was corrected as I had asked. I forgot to add who the bouquet was from. I emailed them to add the name. When I received an email that the bouquet was delivered, it showed the greeting card without the sender's name on it. That's a big deal! I would use Lake Forest Floral again, however.

I called my mom and both of my parents said that these flowers are very pretty. I use to use anothe company and they were OK, but I wanted my mom to have better than OK.
