I understand it’s close to Valentine’s Day but this was for her 78th birthday! I always buy flowers from your shop and I will continue to do so but I was not satisfied with this small arrangement for $100 deluxe price. I ordered as you requested through the birthday category. My best friend just moved to La Pine and therefore I ordered this arrangement from out of town. I explained what the situation was in hopes of receiving extra special attention on the arrangement I ordered. Not only did I receive the extra special attention I was looking for but they called me for further details about flower types, colors and anything else I might want. The gal I spoke with was very kind, caring and super helpful, making sure I got exactly what I had in mind. Once done, they sent a pic to my phone for my approval before it left the shop! It was then hand delivered to my friend and the arrangement turned out absolutely beautiful! The floral arrangement that was sent was beautiful, but I ordered green and white with blue and what arrived was not the peaceful colors I ordered. They sent pink with no bow and no butterfly. They did deliver on time and quality was great....just not the colors I paid for.

Well, my mother did receive the flowers for her birthday and she loved them. However, they were most certainly not the flowers I ordered. The bouquet I ordered was a variety of flowers all in purple, her favorite color. What she received was a collection of flowers, none really purple. My brother and I were disappointed. Also, we ordered the "premium" bouquet. This bouquet didn't look remotely like anything that should have cost $125.00 and we should know - we send flowers often.

Simple and easy process online. Ordered my mom the prettiest pastels but she received a beautiful bright and cheery arrangement instead along with a balloon and a box of chocolates. I was working on a budget and was able to let them know what that budget was and the bouquet they made with it based on the color scheme I wanted was more beautiful than I'd ever imagined.
