You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.

I love this florist! There was a misunderstanding by the recipient of the bouquet I sent. I called Bonnie at La Pine Florist and explained what had happened. It was not the florist's fault, however she went beyond the extra mile to help me out of a jam. She personally created a new arrangement and delivered it with an extra rose. A few comments on my end: I specifically wanted the rustic themed bouquet because it was advertised to be in a sort of tin pot/vase. My mother already has so many glass vases, as mothers usually do, but the tin vase would have been perfect for her outdoor greenhouse. I'm pretty disappointed this didn't end up being the case. I read your description, I understand it said "one of a kind vase" and it didn't specify glass or tin. But I think that clarification might be necessary because the tin vase really makes up the rustic theme. If I just wanted a bouquet in a glass vase, I would've been better off ordering one of the generic bouquets and saving myself the price difference.
Additionally, the photo for the "Best Mom Box" is blurry when zoomed in, so it's hard to distinguish the individual items. I wasn't sure if all items were included or just whatever was available. I think it would be helpful for there to be a separate page for the add-ons with a description of what might be in them.
Once again, I appreciate your business and hope to order from you again in the future.

I understand it’s close to Valentine’s Day but this was for her 78th birthday! The floral arrangement that was sent was beautiful, but I ordered green and white with blue and what arrived was not the peaceful colors I ordered. They sent pink with no bow and no butterfly. They did deliver on time and quality was great....just not the colors I paid for.

Well, my mother did receive the flowers for her birthday and she loved them. However, they were most certainly not the flowers I ordered. The bouquet I ordered was a variety of flowers all in purple, her favorite color. What she received was a collection of flowers, none really purple. My brother and I were disappointed. Also, we ordered the "premium" bouquet. This bouquet didn't look remotely like anything that should have cost $125.00 and we should know - we send flowers often.

Simple and easy process online. Ordered my mom the prettiest pastels but she received a beautiful bright and cheery arrangement instead along with a balloon and a box of chocolates. I was working on a budget and was able to let them know what that budget was and the bouquet they made with it based on the color scheme I wanted was more beautiful than I'd ever imagined. Every year we send a Christmas centerpiece to our grandparents in Oregon. She sent me a picture of the flowers and told me she loved them, they smell so good and they are beautiful to look at.
