Substitution Policy
In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Delivery Policy
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.

Wife Loved the flower arrangement, stated it was beautiful. I have ordered many flower arrangements from La Pine Florist over the years and have never been disappointed. The flowers are always fresh and beautiful, always delivered on time. The customer service is wonderful and very courteous. Bottom Line: if you desire a flower arrangement you cannot go wrong with La Pine Florist.

First, the florists went above & beyond the call of duty to be sure I received my arrangement. I forgot & received multiple calls to remind me. SO very nice & pleasant peeps!! Flowers were absolutely beautiful, arrangement was spot on. And the best thing, the wife loved them!! SCORE!!
