Online order went through very smoothly, next day delivery. It was late on the day of the Birthday and I decided to see if the store would deliver that day...and they did, in one easy call! Very friendly, flowers were perfect. I'll always go to this local store in PHX for the personal touch they delivered, as well as the simple online order process.

I can't say enough good things about the fantastic experience with this flower shop. I live out of state and needed to send flowers to a friend who was in the hospital. After placing the order, I found out my friend was being released early. I called the shop, a bit stressed, to see if they could redirect the delivery to their house, even though it was out of their normal delivery area. To my great surprise and relief, the manager, Naomi, told me it was no problem at all and actually delivered the flowers herself, free of charge. This level of service is rare and truly exceptional. I am so grateful for their willingness to help and would recommend them to anyone!

This was the first time using La Paloma Flowers. They did a beautiful job on the sympathy arrangement. I asked for a favorite color to be incorporated more and they were happy to make the adjustment. Although the bouquet my mother received was very beautiful, it was only 1 dozen roses and the picture in the add was for 2 dozen (standard size was noted in the picture with 2 dozen). I was disappointed with the size not being what I thought I paid for.

La Paloma did a beautiful job on my bouquet (Cheerful Soul). It exceeded my expectations! The recipient sent me photos showing that she placed these at the front of the funeral service to celebrate her mom's cheerful nature and help guests remember her that way. La Paloma didn't skimp in any way, each flower was high quality and looked just like the image.

I took a chance, looking at an online map for florists near where my dear friend lives. I prefer this method to using a nationwide service so that the recipient is served by someone in their own neighborhood. When the flowers were delivered, she called me immediately and was effusive with praise about how beautiful they were. She was unaware of her local florist and was delighted to be introduced.

I was hesitant to order blindly without seeing the actual arrangement, but I was out of town on our anniversary and wanted to surprise my wife. Fortunately I overcame my doubts. She was very pleasantly surprised by the quantity and quality of flowers and beauty of the arrangement.

I don't even know where to begin! I met a woman at a casino on a business trip, I live on thr eastcoast. We'll, im a romantic, so I'll send her a gift, flowers, not wanting to be pushy, "I'm sending you something for being so sweet, but you'll have to pick it up" being a busy mom she couldn't fit it in, the 60 mile drive lol (my bad here but different story lol). The arrangement was very festive. Although the pumpkin was Orange rather than white, I was disappointed to see that it didn’t have as many flowers as in the photo. I felt I got cheated out of the color. Too much greenery.

I stumbled across LaPaloma Flowers while doing internet research for a local flower shop in Phoenix. I live in Chicago and my parents live in Phoenix and I wanted to support local. I found LaPaloma’s online ordering process easy to use and it allowed me to express how important my parent’s 50th wedding anniversary was. After I placed my order, Naomi contacted me via text within the hour THANKING ME for choosing them. Absolutely amazing personal service that is so rare these days. The flowers were delivered on time and the arrangement is absolutely breathtaking. The assortment of flowers is just stunning and they are so fresh and beautiful. The flowers were fresh and the delivery was on time, but the colors were not what I ordered. The arrangement was for my son and his wife for the birth of their baby, so I selected an arrangement of pale pinks and lavender. The arrangement they received had dark red and dark pink flowers, and did not include eucalyptus, which was also pictured in the arrangement that I ordered. I had also checked that the arrangement was for "New Baby," so the dark reds/dark pinks were a little out of place. I understand that substitutions need to be made when inventory doesn't match the product description, but I would have appreciated a call to discuss options.

La Paloma flowers contacted me twice about my order throughout the day to ensure that I was pleased as their supplier did not have the exact color of roses shown in the picture of the arrangement. I was so impressed that they contacted me to make sure I was happy with the color and to let me know delivery would be a bit later than expected. I thought their customer service and attention to detail were outstanding. The arrangement itself was gorgeous and both my sister and I loved it. I am so glad I found La Paloma flowers though a google search and I would highly recommend them!

Naomi with La Paloma Flowers was wonderful! Ordered flowers for my mom in nursing rehab during this coronavirus crisis. She called me the next morning to let me know she did't have access to her vendor due to crisis to get the flowers needed for the order I submitted online. She offered alternate color roses or a larger full color bouquet as a replacement. I chose the roses as they are my mother's favorite.
