I was not able to attend the funeral, but I received several text messages from friends of mine who were there who told me that the floral arrangement was amazingly beautiful! Also which is a great comfort because, though I wasn't related to the family, I consider the deceased daughter to be like a mother to me. The flowers were for a neighbor who recently lost her husband. After making my selection online, Daniel phoned me about substituting a color which, of course was fine. Very considerate of him! I have found that letting the creative people be creative is always the best outcome. Had issues with another carrier so I placed an order with Fleur the day before flowers needed to arrive. They were timely and the confirmation email came right away after purchasing - very relieving. The flowers in the order were a little disappointing in comparison to the blooms shown in the sample picture though - different and much smaller orchid and hydrangea varieties. Overall, a good experience.

This was a gift and a gorgeous arrangement. Daniel was extremely helpful. They didn’t have the orange Cala lilies on that day and he kindly called and suggested yellow and added orange roses, and quite a nice extra number for the switch in color. It was exquisite and my friend was ecstatic with it. It looks exactly as in the photo. I didn’t order the standard arrangement but the next level up, and it was simply stunning. Prices are very fair, and more reasonable than most any florist I have dealt with offering this high level of quality.

I ordered the single stem orchid. They called me the day of delivery to tell me they were out of them and was it ok to replace it with a double stemmed orchid (an upgrade) for the same price. The person that called was very helpful and accurately described what they were replacing it with and wanted to make sure I was ok with that. My friend LOVED it and said that the delivery person was great! I would highly recommend this business!

I spent over 150.00 plus taxes and delivery costs to expect a lush presentation for my anniversary. I am not a flower expert by any means. I am hoping that the quality of flowers picked out for this "custom" presentation are not your ordinary regular product that I can purchase at a chain store. An explanation of the selection and place of origin would help to at least feel like some real thought was put into this presentation. Not just a typical arrangement Sent on anyone's anniversary. If I am wrong about feeling taken by your shop than you have my apologies. If I am right than shame on you and your place of business for taking advantage of the publics lack of flower knowledge. Didn't look quite like the pic. I do appreciate a phone call that different orchids would be used. That was cool, but the base was square (I prefered the round as in the pic), and there no 'green bushy' plant (not sure what that's called, but I like the look of it).

The flowers my friend received were nothing like the 'Stunning Sienna' I ordered. I ordered this arrangement for a specific reason. Although my friend has no idea what she did not get, and received a nice fall arrangement, I am disappointed. Why offer pictures of flowers to purchase and not deliver? Why not just put a price for a 'random fall arrangement.' Then we would fairly know what to expect.

It is a very beautiful arrangement. My only comment would be that several of the roses were freezer burnt. I have ordered from you before and would hope that in the future, if any flowers are not up to your normal quality, that you contact me beforehand to offer alternatives.

I live several states from their location and had hopes that the floral arrangement will deliver to my friend in fashionable time and the final result of the piece is beautiful (which was yes on both counts, based on the recipient's delight). One note or suggestion, I wished there were some way to see a photo via email of the final piece made, prior to delivery for the purchasing customer to view. Especially if it is slightly differ from the photo of an original piece shown in the website. I asked my friend to snap a photo so I could see how it turned out. I've had experiences where I'd order flowers and the recipient would receive some dead or limp arrangement or even one that didn't turn out as lovely as shown in their website. This one was, to my relief, not the case. It was beautiful and for that, I would order from La Fleur again in the future. Thank you.

I paid for the most expensive option and yes I did get more but the sample option was more colorful and better designed as I compare the pics sent from the recipient. Who is very happy I should mention by the way.
