Never received the bouquet I ordered. I picked the option to pick it up by myself but was not able to find the flowershop at the address they are mentioning in the confirmation email.
Tried to call their number several times with no success.

Spoke with Iman about my disappointment. To her credit
1) She was reachable by phone and very responsive. She listened to my concerns and promised to "make it right"
2) The very next day, she sent another beautiful bouquet to the recipient.
In summary, Iman clearly takes pride in her work and has shown me that, even if/when errors are made, she will do her best for her customers.

Shop owner missed delivery several times over the course of 24 hours and ultimately delivered the corsage for my son's prom an hour after he had to leave to take pictures. First missed delivery was 4pm the day before prom. Never showed up and when asked why said there was traffic so couldn't come. Next missed delivery was 8am day of prom. Never showed up, wasn't answering phone, and didn't communicate. Finally tracked her down through a different phone number at noon and she assured me she would deliver by 2pm. AT 2:20pm, I call back and she says she is in our town and on our way to our house to deliver. At 3pm, a friend who also ordered from her reaches her and she says she is now in another town and will be there in 10 minutes (this is 40 minutes AFTER she told me she was on her way to my house). Finally the flowers showed up at 4pm. Maybe this florist can perform well on normal days where there are few deliveries, but on busy days like a local prom, mother's day and Valentine's day, I strongly advise looking elsewhere. Other reviews seem to confirm that extremely late deliveries are a common theme.
Excellent customer service and the flowers were fresh and absolutely beautiful! Thank you for making my Friend smile! She loves them and the fragrance filled the room.
Very sweet person but, I did not know, and was not told that there would be a delivery charge for a totally local delivery!
The plant is beautiful, but no fresh flowers in it as I was told and delivery was three day later.
Total of $155 was way more than I expected.
It was a busy time of year so the flowers arrived a day late. However, the bouquet was beautiful.
Was supposed to be delivered on 12/17 then by noon on 12/18. Still has not been delivered. After spending over $100 I’m disappointed.
I had a terrible experience! I wanted this for my wife as a surprise and it was supposed to be scheduled for delivery on 7/19. They did not get delivered until 7/20 just an hour before she left work. The design was completely different than what I ordered. My wife also had to bring them home from work because they smelled awful. They seem to be sprayed with something and now they all smell like artificial baby powder. I would like to get my money back at this point. I do not understand. I chose this design because of the Lillies and there is not a single Lilly.
I hope to get a refund.
My brother and sister-in-law immediately called me after receiving the flower arrangement for their 50th Wedding Anniversary. They were so delighted with the flowers and the lovely fragrance! They took a photo of it and sent it to me so I could see how pretty it was. It was beautiful!
This place was terrible. They delivered the flowers at 10pm at night and they were refused! They were supposed to be delivered two days prior to the delivery date.
It is impossible to get in touch with the shop. They don't answer the phone. I am cancelling payment. Do not use them.
My order of flowers to my mom for Mother’s Day got overlooked. Which I totally understand, things happen. However, I ordered them through the website to arrive the Friday before Mother’s Day. When my mom still hadn’t received them on Mother’s Day afternoon, I called and left a voicemail. I never received a call back/email or any type of response. The flowers just showed up around 7pm Sunday night. They were very pretty flowers I just thought it was unprofessional that no one bothered to explain the situation or apologize for the mix up.
Order arrived around 830pm on Valentine’s Day and over half of the flowers were wilted
I ordered the flowers on 1/24….for delivery on 1/25.. it was for a sympathy. The flowers were never delivered. I called during posted business hours and the voicemail is full. The number listed doesn’t appear to be going to a business. Total disappointment. I’d not suggest ordering from this company. I’d like a refund of my money.
The roses were perfect and the delivery gentleman provided exceptional service. I will use La Fleur Design again and hopefully we will get the same delivery gentleman. I included a note for him to read and he totally made my wife's day.
If you delivered it on the 4th, I will be very disappointed. I wanted delivery on the 5th. I have had some communication with my daughter today, and she hasn’t mentioned it. I hope she received it.
I had the worst experience with your company. I ordered flowers for my wife on out anniversary and they were not delivered till late night. I sent several emails and no one responded till the actual date of delivery when they asked me for CC security code again. This is the reason they cited "We like to have confirmation of payment prior as most orders coming over that website with (800) Flowers we have not gotten paid for our orders? Just a terrible system they have." Then why did you all wait till the last day to let me know about this? The whole experience left a very bad taste.
I am severely disappointed with this bouquet. I was excited to support a local flower shop, and the pictured bouquet had variety and presentation that I was expecting for my mother's 60th birthday. Instead, what was delivered looked NOTHING like what was pictured. I understand that substitutions of some flowers often have to be made, but I in no way felt the "style, theme, and color scheme" of my selected arrangement was preserved. The flowers as well as the overall theme, look, and vase in no way felt like "a substitution of equal value or higher." What was delivered was instead a severe downgrade and disappointment. This is not at all the arrangement I ordered for this special occasion.

I can't tell you how impressive Le Fleur is in deed and work. The owner assured me that her presentation would be exquisite (It certainly was) and send me a message that it had been deliver. Classy org. with first rate design and business savvy. Highly recommend/ My recipient sister was flabbergasted at the beauty of the bouquet and they even added balloons gratis.
It was a very nice flower arrangement, but is was not as pretty and unique as the one here that I thought she would receive. All in all you did a nice job.
My Aunt loved her birthday arrangement! She was more than pleased which made me equally pleased. Thank you!

The flowers were absolutely beautiful and even better than I was expecting!! I am even more thankful for La Fleur for staying open during the current quarantine situation and delivering my friend some happiness on her birthday since we cant celebrate in person. THANK YOU
