Substitution Policy
In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Delivery Policy
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.

We are out of state and ordered a surprise bouquet of birthday flowers via their website. It sent over up to date information (including delivery) my family receiving the flowers sent over a picture of the flowers & they were absolutely beautiful! My aunt was thrilled with her flower gift which is the main expectation that I had when ordering for her birthday. For that I am very grateful. I was a bit disappointed that the picture she sent me of the arrangement didn't have a lot of the same flowers pictured here, even though I know that they are in season because I've seen them in local flower shops where I live. All in all, I would definitely use L.A. Country Flowers again.
