How will I receive a new bouquet?
Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (310) 836-3335, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (310) 836-3335 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

This is disappointing indeed. We pride ourselves on being above and beyond the normal in Flowers and design, but this is a function of our web site and the current economy. On top of that, All of our costs have skyrocketed and the wholesale flower distributers double and triple costs from February 1st to the 15th. Gas prices, , rent, insurance even trash pick up costs have all drastically increased. We are not making any more money at these prices we are just trying to stay in business. We appreciate all of our clients old and new and hope that you can be understanding about todays world and what that entails for everyone.

This is unfortunately a case of not being able to see the flowers clearly in the picture. The flower in question is a very special antique colored, hybridized version of Lisianthus and in the shadow of the picture looks to have a brown tinge. It is actually a beautiful flower in person. We always stand behind our product and would make anything wrong right! We also inspect all of our work multiple times prior to delivering to a client. We encourage anyone to always contact us. It is extremely rare that we have any issues with our flowers!

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
advance.
