Flowers didn't look like the picture and were wilted when they arrived. I thought the flowers might open up and get better over time but they stayed sad looking. Was disappointed because my boyfriend always gets me beautiful bouquets in water every 2 weeks and I wanted to turn things around and get him his first flowers for his birthday... but they were very droopy and sparse looking.

The flower arrangement was just like the picture, even better! The flowers were for a best friend who had just had a death in the family, so they were perfect. We also ordered a box of chocolates that unfortunately didn’t make it in the delivery. That was disappointing, but when I called them to let them know, they apologized, took responsibility, and said they would be delivered the next morning.

My siblings and I purchased three arrangements from Koko. In one arrangement, there were too many flowers crammed in the vase and the leaves weren't removed. As a result, the peonies did not open. In all three arrangements, the hydrangeas died within two days as did the tulips. Normally the arrangements are wonderful but not this time.

Oh my gosh. I chose the most premium version of this casket spray and have absolutely no regrets. I wish I could have taken these flowers home with me, they were that gorgeous, but I across country from my now deceased parent. When I tell you that these were even better in person than in the pictures, I am telling you the truth. They were exactly the kind of arrangement my mother would have loved and I am so relieved that this florist was so easy to work with. Thank you for your on time delivery. The flowers in the arrangement were very similar to what was ordered, however I did not particularly like the pink paper or fabric that the vase was wrapped in. The vase of the Deluxe Precious Bouquet that I ordered, was not covered and seemed to have more flowers than the arrangement that was delivered.

Flowers delivered on time. But...the arrangement was not what was shown in picture. My arrangement was stuffed with white carnations , no alostremiia and no blue delphinium. There were roses but some dark purple flower that appeared black to my mother instead of the blue delphinium. I have no idea what container they were arranged in as the container was wrapped in some beige tissue paper.

I have worked in and around the florist business for many years. I picked Koko Florist on line because their shop was near the home where I was sending an arrangement. I liked the photos of their work and ordered the piece on line. I was amazed by several things. First, the arrangement was almost a carbon copy of the photo, (not always the case with other shops), but what really got my respect for them was their care and professionalism of the delivery process. I got a text message (with photo) of the delivered item. They actually left a voice mail for the recipient, and then sent another email when the item was delivered! I have never seen that done by any other florist! I'm a customer for life!!!

The flowers are absolutely lovely but they were crammed into a way too small vase. The sender of these flowers had to have spent over $300 on such luscious peonies and to see them suffocating in such a small case was heartbreaking. I had to move them to a much more deserving, wider and deeper vase. It felt careless for you all to end such expensive flowers in a terrible case were they were choking. SO Disappointing!!

I have used this florist to send flowers to my mother, who has been quarantined in an a senior living facility for almost a year now.The first few times I ordered from Koko's florist, the arrangements were beautiful and worth the cost! The past two times I have ordered from them I have been very disappointed in the arrangements. Yesterday, my mom recieved a deluxe basket of tulip bulbs for Easter and she hesitated to ask me how much they cost but I told her...she said that what she recieved is not an $80 arrangement. I feel terrible, it's twice now I haven't "wowed" with a flower present. I'm not sure they will be my go to florist anymore. I'm really disappointed.

I was very pleased with Koko. Not only were they able to accommodate a late delivery request with less than 24 hours notice, they did so at a great price and a quality product. I was also pleased with their communication as they let me know right away when the delivery was made. I highly recommend them. My only suggestion to them would be to consider adding PayPal to their ordering process for security purposes. I wouldn't let it keep you from ordering from them though. Overall, the ordering orocess was straight-forward, the flower choices were great, and the service was impeccable. I would order from them again.

So so so pissed! I order flowers to be delivered (5/27 Monday) and no flowers were delivered. I kept calling & no one answered the phone. I finally got through today and they say "oh we close Memorial Day" well excuse me... for one, I requested delivery because it's Mother's Day in Bolivia and for two no where on the page did it say it'll be closed. It let me move forward with my delivery date. She said ok would you like to stop the delivery.... AT THIS POINT I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS AGAIN BC the least they could've done was offered to still deliver complementary, less or charge or something. She just said “ok do you want to cancel?” How inconsiderate. I don't know but by far the worst!
