I sent the Dianthus Cabbage arrangement for Mothers' Day. It's more beautiful in person than the pictures. The delivery was timely and was placed carefully. This was the first time using Kokee Flowers and won't be the last.

While the delivery was fine and on time, the bouquet received did not even closely resemble the photo online.
The arrangement was perfect. The recipient sent a picture along with their heartfelt thank you for the beautiful bouquet.

Unfortunately, I found that the arrangement was not as pictured. I know that flowers can change with what is in season , however this is a pink purple arrangement and she and a tie dye random blue flower and a plant that looked like cabbage. I would not recommend.

Feeling disappointed as I have order through Kokee before. Placed my order on Monday Aug 1st for delivery on Tuesday Aug 2nd. Well Aug second came and went with no delivery. I call the number listed and goes straight to Voicemail and tells me to try again later. I tried texting and emailing as well with no response. I did receive an email asking how Kokee did with the flowers which is where I was able to get the link for this review. I had to put a claim in with my credit card company too. Very disappointed.

Flowers were gorgeous! Delivered same day within hours of ordering and the recipient said the delivery person was “the nicest guy ever.” A great experience for me as the buyer and for my friend. I’ll absolutely use kokee flowers again in the future.
I am very satisfied with the recent purchase. I was looking for a Peace Lily to be delivered to my friend in memory of her dad. Kokee was the only local Salem Florist that had one. I have not seen the flowers in person, but my daughter sent me a picture and they look beautiful! Not exactly as pictured but just as beautiful and looked like could have been bigger than what I ordered.

Don’t order from here if you want your flowers to look like those online. I received a call informing me that sunflowers weren’t available. I said they could substitute with gerber daisies. They confirmed they could do the order with the gerber daisies and even asked if I wanted them all one color or multicolored. Said they could be multicolored. Flowers were delivered without a single gerber daisy! Why ask for a substitution when you’re going to do your own thing anyway? Very disappointed.

The lilies that were delivered had two that were dead.
The flowers delivered food not look like this picture. I would have liked more color, however it is the middle of january in a pandemic so that may play a part in what was delivered. All that being said they were delivered same day as promised, and the recipient was very happy with them.

First of all the roses were not white and pink they were red, they were to be delivered by 10:30 in the morning and I had to call them back to find out that the delivery person left them in the cooler and the owner or the manager had to deliver them personally. I was told that she would call me back after they were delivered which never happened not very happy with the service at all,I don’t know they must be colorblind. When you spend $110 on some thing it should be what you ordered

I have been charged $99.95 for mother's day flowers. They were never delivered to my wife. We have both called numerous times no answer even emailed them. I will never order from this place again or refer anyone. I will also be contacting the Better Business Burial. I am also requesting a full refund.
If I can put -5 stars I would. I placed an order the day before on 5/8/20 to be delievered 5/9/20 My order never got delivered at all. Still till this day 5/16/20 nothing at all and my order online still says processing and they where quick to take my money from my account. I tried calling, emailing and etc no response. Worst experience ever. Very unprofessional will never order from this place again!!!!!! I also reported them and reported them to my bank. I would say they are fraud. Stealing customers money when they place orders online and never sending out arrangements.
I just got an e-mail to write a review on my purchase. Really?!!! How can I review something that was never received?!!! I normally wouldn’t do this, but I guess you get what you ask for. Not only did the flowers I ordered for Mother’s Day never get delivered (even though I had a guaranteed delivery date of May 9th), but my credit card was still charged IN FULL for them. Today is May 15th! No one sent an e-mail, or called to inform me of any delay or of any problems. I tried to call them multiple times with no answer and was unable to leave a voice mail because the mailbox is always full. I tried to send e-mails, but have gotten no response. Obviously many others have have had the same experience, and because of everything going on right now I have tried to be understanding. As a small business owner myself I honestly can’t understand how after almost a week, no one has even tried to reach out to me at all. Not to apologize, explain, offer a refund, or even address the fact that they took my money and never delivered any flowers. This only makes me believe that my business is not important to them. I have disputed the charges with my credit card because I’m not chasing these people around any longer. I really do feel bad for whatever happened with this company, and I hope that when this is all over they at least learn that good customer service goes a long way because If someone had reached out to me to let me know what was going on I would have understood. A company that just ignores it’s paying customers is not a company I am comfortable doing business with.

My mother was so sad that her flowers never arrived. I was charged, and called three times to find out what happened but the "voicemail was full." Really disappointed that during a time when we can't visit our elderly parents.. and on Mothers Day that this happened.
Now I have to dispute the charge to get a refund since no one can be reached.
I ordered flowers to be delivered on Mother's Day to my Mother. They were never delivered on Mother's Day and still have not been 5 days later. When I call the store it goes straight to voicemail. When I stop by the store nobody is present. My money was still taken. Very disappointed.

I never received my order. You received my money no problem, but delivery never came, you're not responding to emails, and your phone is going to a full voicemail box. This is stealing. You are the worst.
Never received my purchase on 5-9-2020 but they charge me for this and i am giving them until the end of this week to return my money. Nobody is responding to me via phone or email. The company is showing open on line so i will report this company to the BBB and the fraud department by Friday 5-14-2020.

I ordered flowers for my wife on Tuesday June 19 at 11:55am for a requested delivery for June 20 at 10am if possible if not no problem on the time. The delivery day comes I worked a 12 hour shift hadntvtalked to my wife much all day and totally forgot about it. So at 6:41pm I make phone call to the shop I get a voicemail cause they are closed. Jasmine calls me back explains they forgot about it because they had a ton of graduations. So I say what now, jasmine said it would be out first thing in the morning and she will throw in a box of chocolates for the mess up. I said fine please just make sure it’s there in the morning. Yes yes it will be there I’m sorry she says. 11am on June 21 I ask my wife did anything come for you yet she’s no nothing. I call talk to some guy he says Jasmine has all the orders on her truck she’s out delivering should be there soon. I ask for an estimated time because my wife is in an out with the kids, he couldn’t give me an answer. I tell my wife hangout til 11:30 if nobody shows just go do what you need to do. Surprise surprise still no delivery at this point she has to leave. Then she comes home at 3:30pm to find flowers and chocolate just sitting on our stairs in sunny 75+degree weather. Needless to say I was a first time and last time customer. on top of all this when I first ordered, the site said if I ordered that day before a certain time it would be guaranteed delivered the same day. I doubt it! Good luck with your expansion into NH if this is how you do business.
Overall I am very unhappy with the Salem location. I called the Salem location the morning of Valentine's Day to ask what the lastest time I could pick up my order would be and the man who answered said 8:00pm. I got to the salem location at 5:45 and no one was there. I waited for over an hour thinking that they were just out on some deliveries. I called both locations numerous times and no answer. Finally I drove to the Andover location and I was able to get my order. I was so late getting home we couldn't go out to dinner and my wife was upset. This ruined our valentines day. He should have specified on the phone that it was only the andover location open late and there should have been a note on the door at the salem location. Very unhappy with my experience.

I never ordered flowered online for a funeral but circumstances left me no choice. The arrangement was more beautiful in real life than in the pictures. It got to the service on time, and card matched what I wanted it to say. I would use them again without hesitation.
Ordered some flowers on a whim to surprise my mother. Using the online ordering, I picked out an arrangement and scheduled delivery for the next day. When the flowers arrived, I got a phone call from my mother thanking me for the beautiful arrangement. She sent me some pictures, and Kokee Flowers did a wonderful job putting something together for her. Very pleased with this service and will order from them again in the future!
