This was my second order from Koehlers. I was so pleased with my first order that it was an easy decision to order from Koehlers again. The flowers were very beautiful, fresh, and well arranged. They were delivered on time. Ordering was very simple and easy on their website. I will definitely use them again the next time I send flowers to Frazier Park.

For my dad's 90th birthday, I wanted to send him flowers. For a January birthdate, the weather isn't the best at this time of year, however. But the crew at Koehler's Cottage came through! My gift was delivered on the right day, early evening, and surprised my dad! I am very thankful for this florist. They went above and beyond to satisfy my order!

I originally ordered flowers to be delivered on the 21st of June. But was told you didnt have enough flowers on Thursday June 23rd at 4:30pm. I was told the arrangement would be delivered on Friday, June 24th.
I called my daughter at 6:30pm if they received the flowers. Answer No. There is an family address that get wrong pkgs for my daughter address. The family called my daughter to tell them flowers were delivered for her at their house. But the family at the wrong address said the florist delivered the flowers to a child. The family after negotiations finally said they could pick up the flowers at 7pm. I'm totally upset about this delivery. The flowers could be hot and wilted by now.

Very nice arraingment. Even with substitution of lighter flower.
Arrived early in the day at perfect time.
My wife, who does flower arraingments herself, was quite pleased.
Although she suggested if Roses were cut a bit longer on stem they would last a bit longer.

I asked the flowers to be delivered on Thursday the 15th, not Wednesday the 14th. If done on the 15th, it would’ve been a bigger surprise.
I also thought the arrangement was gonna be a little bigger since I paid more.
