Five different spelling errors on the card. The plant was supposed to be a big floor plant but it is actually a table sized plant. It was a snake plant and three of the leaves were broken and brown crusted. Poor quality but did arrive on time and overnight.

I live out of state have been using King's for a few years now to send flowers to my family in OK for all of the special days. I ordered some flowers for my daughter's birthday to have delivered since she's away at college. They didn't have one of the flowers that was pictured on the website and called me to discuss other options. I was ok with whatever they thought was best to substitute. I just wanted it to look pretty. My kiddo video called me to show me. It was AMAZING! More than I expected. Would definitely recommend Kings. Keep up the great work!

I was very disappointed. We ordered peach roses and got white roses and carnations. The substitution was not of equal value and not what we wanted for our friend who just lost her Dad.

My sister loved her bouquet for her birthday so yay on the arrangement and colors. We both love sunflowers, they always look so bright and cheery. Thank you for the great service and delivery. Her husband took her out to lunch so that's why she wasn't home the first time you tried to deliver them. Anyway, she loved them and a perfect arrangement for fall.

I upgraded and it only had 3 succulents. It looked messy with the moss hanging out. I asked to have a happy birthday balloon added because I couldn’t figure out how to do it online and there was none. Hopefully it was a nice surprise for my daughter. I would not pay this amount if I lived there and could take something to her myself.

The flowers that were sent looked nothing like this arrangement.
It was disappointing because we had a purple theme in honor of our loved one. All white lilies, not one purple flower. They could have, at the very least, put a purple ribbon on it.

The staff at Kings are outstanding. They made sure my order was delivered to the correct address when I mistakenly gave them the wrong address. They called my on the phone to confirm the address and promptly delivered it. The flowers were fresh and the bouquet was stuffed full of color and fragrance. I would give them negative stars if possible. I ordered a dozen roses for my wife on Valentine’s Day. I got a email saying they had been delivered. She never received her flowers on Valentine’s Day! The only reason they get one star is that I did get a full refund. I will never use King’s Flowers again. Now I understand why everyone I talked to said to shop at Petals.

The recipient loved the flowers, but I was disappointed that they didn't look like the picture very much. It felt like there was alot of greenery and fewer roses than what is pictured. I also really like the width of the display, but it wasn't achieved in the final arrangement. I think it's unrealistic that a national chain expects local florists to make something as advertised.

The plant was larger than expected which was a nice surprise since my experience with other companies ordering online tend to be smaller than what I thought I was purchasing. I had very specific directions and they followed them completely. Will definitley use them again!

Kings is absolutely amazing!! I just randomly decided to send my best friend flowers! Ordered at 8am or so and they were delivered by 11am! It was exactly what she needed!! I got the autumn bouquet and she is obsessed with sunflowers, it’s her thing. And when I saw the pictures, I about cried bc there was a blue butterfly added which is my spirit animal and has always been my sign between us!! And also the glitter

I ordered online early morning and it was delivered early that morning. A lot quicker than I expected. My wife said she could smell them the minute they walked in the door with them and they were beautiful. Overall, a great product and quick delivery.

I can say this. These people didn't know me . we have never spoke or met. However these where the most kind and concerned folks I've ever experienced in many years. They took the time to call me to ensure the proper spelling of our names and for delivery of the perfect bouquet for my spouse. They also delivered them on the same day I asked. Because of this my spouse was able to find the courage and the faith to recover and make it home safely to me . So I'm am extremely happy of their dedicated service. I was not very happy with the flowers I ordered. I sent them to my wife's business in hopes she would receive them during business hours but they were not delivered until 5:30 pm, maybe that's partly my fault since I did not specify I wanted them delivered during business hours, however I did give a business address to be delivered to.

The arrangement I purchased actually looked a great deal like the picture online, which is sometimes not the case when you make a purchase online. It was beautiful. They were unable to deliver on the day I requested because the recipient wasn't home. An email was sent to me to let me know and the flowers were delivered promptly the next morning. I would definitely use this florist again.
