I made the purchase to be delivered yesterday. Not only was the flowers not delivered. Nobody contacted me with any updates and they NEVER answered the phone. Even after 7 calls I was sent to voicemail multiple times. Very unfortunate how misleading and expensive this service is with premature customer service. I will be requesting a refund and I will stop shopping here.

I wanted to purchase local to support the local community. The flowers were for my daughter and what she received was completely different from the arrangement shown on the website. For $150 it should be close. It wasn’t ! I called the owner and all I heard was excuses. This has been a horrible experience and a bait and switch tactic. If you want to be scammed and unhappy with your purchase go to them. If not go anywhere else. It’s not had to beat this level of incompetence!!! Stay away!!!

I was disappointed with the quality of the fruit. In the photos sent to me of the basket, the bananas & pears were brown and bruised. I thought when I wrote in the card it was in support of a death of a mother, a little extra TLC would have been added, but it was not. I specifically went to you rather then 1800BASKETS as I wanted to shop local. the cost was close to $100. You could have done better then that for cost. It looked like bodega market fruits. Maybe your 5 star rating was for flowers, but I would not recommend your services for a fruit basket.

I discovered Kings County Florist & Fruit Basket by looking for places near my friend's house. I read the reviews. All the good one's are true. The white orchids are spectacular. I placed the order late in the evening for the next day. By the time n I called to check on delivery, Kings County told me they were already delivered. The icing on the cake was them telling me my friend's reaction to the delivery. That was an unexpected touch of kindness. I'm grateful for Kings County Florist, the kindness, and beauty delivered!

Although I was told that the flowers delivered were beautiful, they were 2 days late!. The company had my phone number and my email address, so there was every opportunity
to get in touch with me regarding the order. Instead, I learned
from my daughter, since she had alerted her friend to watch for the delivery 2 days earlier. When I place an order on line, I trust
that it will happen. They have lost my trust and sadly, future business.

Awful!!! The plant was an embarrassment. It was minuscule. The plant was not the value for the money spent. I thought for $110 I would get a decent quality. The plant was in a clay pot. The ribbon was crushed. The note was handwritten on scrap paper. I am so disappointed.
